Sure its possible. Its how Hericho Fraction works - we talk to the other 0.0 entities and make sure we all understand eachother and go about our respective business. Might be a tad harder for a solo pilot though, but worth a shot.

all depends. gallente are (imho) better at close range pwnage with blasters and swarms of drones. Caldari are the masters of missiles and ecm :) it all depends what you are doing and how you like to fly... Myself, i like the minmatar ships :)

The way i've looked at it - if its only a few targets that i can outrun - i use artillery. (much better use of ammo, and damage feels better.. If i know i'm going to be getting into knife-fighting range i use autocannons and fit a web and tracking...
