I think if you fit nano's to make you faster, maybe make ab and mwd "auto use" when you come out of warp - they should be enough tools to let you cover the 15km. In a well setup frig or inti those 15k can normally be crossed in less time than it ...

Actually, i see 2 "camps". The ones worries about gatecamps, and the ones worried about the effects on the rest of the game. Fine - make both happy. Introduce the "warp to 0". BUT - at the same time delete ALL BMs, and make a max limit of 20-30...
