Ok wtf is going on? Prices of hammerhead II's are in the 2 million isk range, Machariels have jumped to the 800 mil+ range, Have Vindicators always been 1.2bil or more? 425mm II rails are stupid high, same with cloaks. whats going on?

Ok, as for the shooting back, you can shoot back with guns until you actually accelerate in warp (the sudden stop, and then full speed warp). missiles on the other hand will hit, but just for show, no damage is done to them, it happens on NPC's as...
