Easy solution: clear your cache (Settings folder). Tough one: rename settings folder, log in, check it, log out, move one file from backed up folder back to Settings.... rinse and repeat. PS: Make links to images.

IIRC, I used: 650s (better clip size, I end up reloading with 800s), 2 Nos (best you can afford) AB II, web, large booster II (XL C5 might fit), 2 invulns II 3 gyros, 3 pdu 5 Valks II, 5 Warriors II Been ages since npc, but it worked great.

You've got stock 500% +skills boost on top of base speed with 1MN MWD. If you want exact %, just do a Show Info in space on MWD/AB (or any module for that matter), or in station using Ship Fitting tab while the module is online.
