I haven't done much in low sec for plexes. however I've heard that L3 should work in most all cases, even in W-space. I've recently gotten mine to L4, so no worries for me. Good luck!

I've gone on dry runs of about 15 systems before. When I'm running a ship with no passive bonuses, I just toss a gravity capacitor upgrade (scanning rig) or 2 on the ship and I'm good to go. Better luck after the next downtime?
