Tiscali have some kind of traffic management effort running from around 4pm- midnight, sometimes later. If the hotel uses tiscali you'll have little success during those hours.

I've been trying to post on the tiscali forum for two days now. I'm apparently in some sort of moderator queue to be added to the forums. which is a bit tat. pattern forming !

Hmm, looks like the patch may have done something to upset tiscali even more than usual. I can get on ( but very slowly ) if i follow the instructions here... http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=547642 but then reverting to my stand...
