depends what you enjoy doing. If you like mining then the Bantam is a good choice, or if you like killing npc/agent missions a merlin or kestrel would suit you fine.

I think they all have equal importance except charisma. It doesn't matter what gunnery skills you have, if you have bad engineering/electronic skills you're gonna pop fast.

Yes definately, a frigate can be a real asset in pvp, as can cruisers. Try looking for a corp that will take on new players and are heavily pvp based, they will teach you everything you need to know.

You need to be in a station with a reprocessing plant. Once you're in said station click the reprocessing button - all items in station will be listed and u can refine/reprocess whatever u like. The minerals will appear in your hanger.

It's best not to go too far upgrading your clone, only go as far as you need. If you get podded with a grade A clone when you only need grade D, both do the same job but you've spent isk u didn't need to.

As far as I know titans have yet to be implemented and will need battleship lvl 4 to train the skill. Now you have posted, wait 24hrs and your pic will appear. I don't quite get your cargo question....
