dragy :) No, its not like that. Its 10% reduction to the capacitor penalty of mwds. When fitted, an mwd takes of 25% of your total cap capacity. At lvl 1 for vindicator, that lowers to 22.5%, and so on, down to 12.5%. Its a good bonus :)

TBH the only thing wrong with dreads is the DPS and tracking. Seige module should definately increase the dps by tons (im thinking at LEAST 500%) and an assault module should slightly increase damage but highly increase tracking to hit bs' and bc'...

They tilt, then use thrusters on the sides to turn (afaik). Tilting would, in theory, reduce the amount of thrust needed to turn. Also, looks way cooler :D

You only need a calculation for damage. Signature is displayed ingame and velocity is displayed on your ship. Damage, IIRC is: (Damage mod x Ammo Damage x Number of guns) divided by ROF
