the battlecruiser nerf no doubt has something to do with at leasat the partial decline, some of the improvements are good but on the ohter hand. Nerfing low sec and some parts of 00 and the recent moves to boost high sec are having an effect

all the fun is to be had in low sec - high sec ganking if youre sec status can take it oh and of course wormhole divebombing theres a lot of targets that have slipped into wh space if u can probe or find a corp with a decent prober and it suits go...
