what Im looking for is the most possible bang, without turning a battleship into a glass cannon. Our fleet also uses shield spider tanking, so keep that in mind with the fitting. right now we are based out of a wormhole so I need a pretty fast bla...

the problem is the skill I want to train at the moment doesn't fit in the time frame of the 2x skills, so dumping the skill points into it will make me waste the last week of double time points, so instead I'm getting all my learning skills to lvl...
