A bit off topic but i must ask this... Where the hell i can get thoses WC sansha/Angle mission ??? I have running lvl 4 agents with all 4 factions (yeah, i run mission for Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar and Ammar in loop to get my faction standing ...

From my experience (1 years + of exploring) it's not normal to spend hours scanning without result + the facts you were 2 probers and multiples results with multi on cosmic sig. 2 possibilities - unusual very low + sig like ive never seen - a bug
