To confirm... same thing happening here! Settings(not simply in UI) in game are being reset. Today I logged in to do some missioning and found that all my container settings were reset to default! I also noticed my fitting profiles disappearing...

Just wanted to update that I cleared all data and reinstalled my client and that the [Keep at range] button works normally again. This has to be one of the strangest quirks I have ever experienced in Eve to date(button doing something else).
