as a suicide gaker on faction ships i know something, and yes u can have 0isk losses only if u'r corp can go thru 0.0 and a char to build at perfect since price for minerals in 0.0 is lower , and also a jump freighter so: cost to make a raven :6...

eagle sucks at lvl 4, u may handle like 5-6 missions , if u want hibrids get a vulture its easy since it have the optimal range bonuses and a nice tank
