Same here, on Windows 7 64 bit. I tried clicking the 'restart launcher' a few times, eventually it threw an exception and a thing came up giving me the option of starting eve anyway, and I did that and was able to get in...

Have to agree with the OP, I don't think I ever cancelled an order by mistake. I've done it three times already since they changed this. FFS put on an optional confirmation window on order cancel.

Oh and another point, to all the people saying "Oh it's only 9 cents". Yes that's the point, it would only cost CCP 9 cents per player to reimburse us all. That's a grand total of bugger-all, plus the time to craft one SQL query to update everyon...
