Use two alts. Hire 2 merc corps of approximate equal size and stature. Make them fight each other, but never let them know that it was actually you who hired both of them. Play them off as pawns. As the fighting progresses, escalate the stakes,making greater and greater demands on each until you have a full-on (in-game) bloodbath. Make them pod. Make them do ridiculous roams and camps. Have them chase people to the ends of the galaxy. Demand corpses. Require them to do crazy stuff. Really run with it. |

The charity idea is a good one, agreed. Try sending CCP a direct message (Petition / otherwise) Otherwise, have a treasure hunt across new Eden. Put up containers at random safe spots, fill them with treasure and label the can with a note that might lead a player to the next one. Announce where the start is and see who scores the most.

Hire two mercenary corps, let m duke it out for the duration of your account, then award the one with most kills or best effiency with the rest of your isk. (Merc corps are more guaranteed to fight, they got a reputation & killboard to keep up)
Hire a merc corp to hammer as many POS stations as they can find. Hire an alliance can work as well. Bonus points: announce it on forums and call it the Poscalyps event.
Buy an army of Tornado's or equivalent tier 3 BC you can fly well. proceed to gank the living hell out of a traderoute, for fun (Hek-Jita, Amar-Jita, etc)
What I would do with all that money? Something entirely silly, buy civilians! As many as I can carry and more, drain the universe empty of civilans! So I control the civilian market! |

Get a safespot somewhere lost in jita.
Move in a rush several dominix obly fitted with smarties
Warp to safe board domi, warp to jita 4-4 undock fire it all, rinse and repeat until you obliterate someone/ waiting there or just run out of domis.
It's way funnier with at least 100ppl on your side warping in 10 man waves but oh well!! |

Pay an alliance to name a station after you.
Jump in an Interceptor / Faction Frigate of your choice - put a 20b bounty on yourself an start running through 0.0 to see how far you can get. announce before hand which regions you will be traveling through.

Supply as many as possible smart bombing BS's to people to make life interesting the trade hubs.
That or see if you can literally **** up the market by buying out items and then resetting the prices or contracting them out to far away stations.... Something like that. (Massive market manipulation interests me.)
Or see if you can get people to get themselves semi banned for money say 14 day infractions. |

quite possibily the best idea ever....
quitting eve is like dumping a girlfriend... you hate to loose the *****, but you need some strange....
however you dont like to burn bridges so you tell her its inner turmiol... and youll find her again...
blah, blah, blah (im sure that your game is better then that)
so in eve view... take your 20 bil... and sell your toons... now take all your combined isk and give it to a noob toon that you own... let your account time out, and dont care about it...
If you ever decide to try the world of eve again you have a saftey net of boko isk... in which you buy a new toon and play this freekin game like you mean it... if not randomly log on and sell the toon years later with mad isk as a good for you buyin a old noob toon...
and send me a bottle of whiskey... im not like the rest of the pirates out here... |

The best i can come up with is this.
Buy yourself a tech II indy and tank it to the max and then fill it with either morphite or Tech
then hire lots of logi pilots and just undock in a major trade hub. Jita would be great and the have teh logis rep you.
As long as you can survive an Alpha you could have so much fun at the gankers expense
Bonus-if you really want to blow the your entire wad. Use a Providence full of Morphite with 10 logis in support.

This, but screw alliances and go to the noob systems and hire those instead.
Make your own "RvB" arena fight.
For added awesomeness recruit them from each noob starter area, then make them meet each other in a huge ball of explosions.

Go to each of the four races starter systems. Hand out 1.25 billion to two noob in each system (true noobs as in newly created characters, actually trying to do stuff in eve). As a condition they have to spend 1 billion of it on a monocle and proudly display their new monocled avatar.
This has the benefit of encouraging monocle growth (someday I too will have a monocle) and still gives the noobs 250 million or so to start them off right in eve. |
