I mean by all means, I'd be happier if I was his alt, all the wealth and honor killmails..
But I not. And most people in Genos are not. If you find it hard to believe, think of it this way - is Garmon noob enough to create a corp made up entirely of his alts?
Not to mention he's not in Genos any more. Since we had serious discussion about the mission and goals of the corporation. He decided to quit. He is honorable warrior, but not me main, tbh.

ok i'll reply on this,
1st i'm in an industral corp not a pvp corp.
as i read somewhere i think it was another players bio eve is a sand box game with mines you want to be save everwhere go play hello kity online or wow.
as said in the new intro to eve we are demigods and as such the normal laws would not stop us from doing anything. space is cold and dark and this is what makes eve a great game the fact that one minute your sitting there going ohh look veldspar and the next what wait i'm in a station how!
if your going to go in to low sec be warned you maybe die and never think i have a 1 minute gate cloak its a known fact that you jump to anywhere between 12-20 km away from the gate a fast crow can decloak you in that time should know have had it happen to me. if you need to leave your ship in space do so at safespot with a real cloak fitted.
and as for the pirates to pay more i say no we all know that bugs happen so ou could find your bill to pay eve being 1000 for 1 month.
and as for alts for hauling loads of people in industral corp have them as well.
also uncivil in eve you bet, thats why we have goons they lie cheat and steal but it how they must play to win.

You jump in to low security solar system, and your cellular telephome starts ringing. Since you specifically assigned a special tone to your girlfriend, and that tone is playinf right now, you know it is your girlfriend who is making a call to you.
You say "OK, I have 1 minute of cloaked time at this side of the gate, I will make short talk with my girl friend in that time frame, and come back to travel on in the game".
Nice thinking, but not always practical. I say so because this has happened to me IRL.
Because IRL matters are not that simple, and cannot be predicted as easily as ingame events.
I mean for example if you could hold your cloak of invisibility at the gate after you jump, say, until you press another key, any key (including mouse buttons), that would be fair in my opinion of thought.
But for example, let's say you went for a toilet break after you jumped into low security solar system. You know you have 1 minutes of cloaked time, and you are affirmative you can complete your toilet break under 1 minute.
But what if there is a line of waiting at the toilet?? (This also happened to me, FYI)
To be honest, I do not like the way EvE Online game is in such ways detached from realities of IRL. Not fair.
So my proposal is this:
Make pirating human players (those who PK spaceships of other human beings) pay more IRL money for their monthly subscription.
It is obvious these kind of players (pirates) make the game play experience worse for peaceful players already. The security status is a joke, they just get an alternative character and haul stuff with that. Not even remotely balancing. Nowhere near discouraging.
But if every pirate pays, say, 0.1 more monthly for every human player they killed within the past month, I do believe we could make better pace in the everlasting battle of eliminating all criminals from the game.
I do believe this is only a slight punishment the way I have exemplified above, but I am also aware it already too much for the EvE Online gaming community to absorb. That is why I am not posting this post in Crime & Punishment forum. I would probably be podded 10 times every day if I did so.
I would very much like to hear your views on my proposal, and I thank you for your attention if you read my postage of discussion this far.

Now I'm the sort of person who abhors forced PVP in a MMO. That being said, I also know every time I go into low sec or 0.0 that combat is a very high possibility. Personally I think you are showing very bad judgement by jumping into a low sec system and then going AFK. But I'll also say that no one pirate or others should pay more to play because of your bad judgment. Either you need to hold it till you can dock or get to a safe spot or you stay out of low sec.

only 2? tbh thats fairly easy but not my point, this is a MULTIPLAYER game that means get some friends and go hunting, its really not hard to gather up a few people and roam around killing, weather that be killing pirates or just killing everything, your in a corp, send out a mail telling people you wanna do a pvp op on x date then fleet up and go hunting
its not up to CCP to protect you, you already have all the tools to protect your self i suggest you and others put them to use

I don't even have the confirmation box and still somehow I manage to actually know where I'm going and what system I'm jumping into, it's very odd indeed, it's almost as if I was actually thinking while playing..

You also get a warning box the first time you attack another player. Don't we all just "make click of yes" on every dialog that pops up?

Thanking you for your advice. I have made an alliance mail stating there will be a PvP OP in Old Man Star V - Asteroid Belt 1 on Wednesday 20:00. I don't know if anyone in corp will attend though as my alt's are lazy bastards and too scared to fight for glory. Now t decide whether to use shields, armour or both. Sending OVER 9000 isk to you as a thank you for your advice and support through these hard times.
