Yup i have the same problem my screen Blank and my sound freak out but its not regular , after warping and the last time right on a station...
i just buy my cpu and everyting is ok on it
Xps 630 Intel Core 2 extreme QX6850
Sli Dual nVidia Geforce 9800 gt 512
i will see if i can do someting with Eve Setting and lets know if i resole the problem

The patch cured my issue with the acceleration gates on missions
\0/ YAY!!!
But im not going to cancel the order i put through for a new lappy
sssshhhhhh the wife is watching lolz

I, too, received a GM message some days before 1.0.2 telling me this issue would be fixed
in the next patch - sadly no improvement for me (Vista SP1 on a Macbook/GMA 950).
OTOH a fix for the acc. gate issue was never mentioned in the changelog

the patch seems to have fixed it for me... last night i could sit about 5mins next to an accel gate without any bsod or freezing problems \o/ running the allmighty-powerfullashell-915 on xp...

Yeah I can also sit at the gate with no issues, the problem starts if I begin to move the camera around, the it flickers and eventually I get the BSOD
try move the camera around in all direction to test if your problem is really solved

tried that, didnt crash for me... zoomed in/out, moved the camera around etc...

Well after the patch I was still crashing pretty bad. I decided to roll my driver back to a 2005 version of the driver, now everything seems to be running good for me. Odd way for it to work, but hey at least I am not blue screening constantly.

My computer is kinda dated, and I have similar problem.
Abit IC7-G (875 chipset)
GeForce 6800 GT
+ Vista
+ newest gfx driver
+ newest sound drivers
Guaranteed BSOD after few minutes of playing.
Workaround: using the following settings:
[ ] shadows enabled
[v] resource cache enabled
[ ] hdr enabled
BLOOM: None
SHADER QUALITY: Low
TEXTURE QUALITY: Low
After that the client is stable, but the game looks pretty bad -_-
