Armoured Investments are here for the simple reason, which is get everyone the right to invest. OK you might not make the billions of isk that could be made but the investments are guaranteed since it is with trade good so there is pretty much these IPO's cant fail, and also it something to do in the mean time. We are also stopping the reservation of shares from the rich, ALL of Armoured Investment shares will be based on a first come first serve basis. I and Armoured Investments ( Armou ) is starting the revolution in the markets that the fat cat shares are now over and funcat takes over. Hopefully this will encourage more newer people to start up very small IPOs and gain the necessary experience in the field before burning themselves out on tougher investments. I don't see this as a IPO but more of a commitment to the marketing community, a commitment that no matter how much you have you can invest, make some isk and generally get to know the community while you are at it. There are no hidden catches and no hidden charges, everything is layed out clearly and if you don't understand something i will do mu up most best to insure that it is understood. these IPO's are designed to be welcoming not confusing. so pull up that leather chair light up a cigar as you are about to be come part of the new market revolution that everyone and anyone can become an investor Chapter 2 - Corporate Governance this IPO corp has it shares with the controlling part of the company to Armoured C and Armoured Industries will take the appropriate action for the best outcome for the rest of the share holders. Chapter 3 - The Business Plan The business plan for Armoured Industries (Armou) is to haul trade good from a relatively cheap sell location and to transport them to a higher buy location in the act of making profit. The most profitable jump will be calculated through isk profit made per jump and a profitable return journey to limit deadheads ( being the act of empty cargo ) you investments will go towards the buying in bulk the trade good that i see fit as a profit margin and the route i see fit with highest isk per jump ratio. the starship used for this will be a hauler class ship. Chapter 4 - Full Disclosure of Risks This IPO is a very low risk IPO as it does not in tale the need for guess work on how the market fluctuates. The buy order are set by NPC as well as the sale orders. only risk that can come about it if the hauler get suicide ganked, which is highly doubtful considering the cargo that will be carried is trade goods only IF in such cases where the hauler is suicide ganked. Armoured Investments will replace the hauler, it fittings and cargo lost from private isk (Armoured C himself). this wont effect your rate and/or investment in any way Chapter 5 - Exit Strategy the IPO will last for 7 days and at the end the shareholders will have there shares purchased back at 7500 isk should the IPO fail Armoured Investments has over 100 million isk in personal isk ( character Armoured C ) and can cover the purchase of all shares of this IPO. Chapter 6 - IPO Phases, Dividends, Market Cap < has been a mix up with the shares you will still get the rates below but the lack of shares in the corp means that instead of 2000 shares there will be only 1000> This IPO will be running for 7 days .Share for this IPO are based on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a mailing list you can join up to before any more IPO's come out which is on the mailing list as it called Armoured Investments Report will be done after i have finished trading on that day and will be reported on the forums just before my next trading session. Total Number of Shares 1000 public Shares Allocated for IPO 450 Price Per Share 10000 share cap per character is 50 shares ( 500,000 isk <half a million isk> ) <please be considerate to your other investors as they might want to invest to> Dividend Schedule daily Total shares in value 10,000,000 Projected Return per Dividend Payment 1500 isk per share daily share buyout at end of IPO 15000 the profit margin for this IPO will be as follows 1500 isk a day for 7 days 5000 isk profit on share price per share. for maximum share holders ( 50 shares ): end of week total dividends = 525000 isk ( 1500 x 7 ) share buy back = 750000 profit margin for IPO is 775,000 and total isk returned is 1,275,000 isk. starting isk IPO is = 10,000,000 isk finishing IPO isk hand out = 25,500,000 isk IPO offering will consist of 4 phases Phase 1 - people that have placed a interest in investing in this IPO have been contacted through the Armoured Investments mailing list Phase 2 - Shares are sold to the public Phase 3 - daily 15000isk dividends will be payed out per share Phase 4 - End of IPO your last dividend paid out and all shares are bought back join from 10,000 isk per share

A: This isn't a scam as my main Armoured C has over 100 million in his wallet, if i was going to scam i would of asked for more isk, this is a fun project for me which involves low risk for you. all this is a bit of fun for me to learn about the mechanic of the corps properly, to install trust in the MD forum and to make small amounts of isk. Must be short and attractive. If this was "serious business" (billions) people would obviously read it all and probably want more. But for charge money, we just trust you :D
