Its SOOOOO annoying when I kill something in my taranis then cant warp scramble the pod as my scrambler is still running :(
The EW skill I have trained to lvl 4 though, makes a big difference with cap sucking multispectrals, although it does nerf cycle jamming ppl somewhat.

jep, dont ask it happen so often to me that i cant hold a second oponent becouse of the duration, and i have it yust to 3 to use mobil¦s...
would be great if they will change, but we all know ther answer... no or maybe "Soon"

it's makes sense that you should be able to control the duration and such. logically, being 'skilled' in something would mean better control. so you can work something more effectively and have it last longer, but you would not always want to.
i hope whatever they are doing with EW, that it's something along the lines of odet's reasoning...because it is a pain in the arse waiting for modules to reset or recycle or whatever the hell they are doing

just change it so you can deactivate the module by clicking it AND the module deativates straight away |

As many said it already, reducing the duration and cap respectively will solve this in an instant, especialy with mods like warpscrambler 1, racial jammers and dampeners.
Still and I don't see anyone remembering it...
ECM burst's cycle is increased from the EW skill 
That one should get a reduction on the cycle because its' use is more like smartbombs, works in pulses.
