Arimathea has not been playing the game for quite some time - Or rather not had a computer to be online full time, so he has been coming online, talking as much as he possibly could, then leaving it. A man of many words and very few actions. Continual drivel was posted on the leadership forums from him telling people 'you are doing it wrong' and continually blaming corporations for failure rather than the leadership of which I was part. If anyone spoke against it, Ari would interject and basically tell them once again, they were wrong. C4 - I love this guy but, C4 was meant to be the alliance leader and quite bluntly did not step up to the plate. One min he would rage at people for being idiots, the next min he would tell people 'i dont care'. Over the past week myself and Malet both tried to get a backbone running for the alliance, create isk for the alliance with regards to moons, we organised capital hits on POS's. We put 6 pos's into reinforced only to have no-one follow up the RF timers when we were unavailable to do it. So, Ari gets a new computer and comes on, invites everyone to a CEO meeting and basically starts about Fountain - What are we doing wrong, why arent we winning, yada yada yada. Now considering in the last 3 weeks certain corporations have been losing numbers (members) and none of the leadership has wanted to do anything about it, additionally considering that leadership are under the impression that each corporation is not the responsibility of the alliance (this to me is bull**, we work together as an alliance). The meeting last night was simply about Ari trying to get people to agree with what he had to say, and if you took things down a differant path, he would stop the discussion and move on. Not good. Ari, you speak alot, but you do nothing. All talk, no bite. Most of the top 10 pvp corporations in PMS are now leaving to join me on my 'venture' - If they are wrong then no-one can be right in all of this. I found a thread where I find myself saying: Aneu actually has it pretty spot on, PMS leadership is one of those disjointed ones where the leaders don't actually play enough to see what the situation is like on the field instead choosing to play the blame game with FCs/pilots instead and continue to smash their heads to a brick wall. It is a cold, cold day in hell.

An alliance is not a group of ppl fighting for someone. Its a group of people fighting together. It is not something you form up overnight. The only thing you can build overnight is a toilet, and not a very good one. You dont just form an alliance and go conquer a region about it .. or anything else. Trial and error is as good way as any to see if smth doesnt work after all. To the PMS pilots - good fights all. To the PMS leadership - I have no idea who is who in there, and I could not care less. One thing is for sure though, there was someone in there who was seriously delusional, and looks like the members believed in what the guy was saying. Overconfidence in your abilities was your greatest weakness. Trial and error.. trial and error. P.S. Especailly SOT/ARC who we have rumbled with more than most. Good fights / good smack just the way eve is meant to be. As for PMS its been a blast and all things ru their course and our time in HH is now over. It is a cold, cold day in hell. No blame game really. I was out for two weeks. It was unintentional. When you can't be in game all you can do is talk. But that doesn't mean you're not aware of what's happening. C4 FC'd almost every day, eventually he lost interest. Same with QUAM/Malet, same with others I think. Interesting how much fail results from losing towers in one system. Aneu seems to want to pin all the blame on us - here's my chest, pin it right up. I've said from the beginning i'll leave when asked. Haven't been asked yet. Not leaving.

Those who were in PMS and knew the situation know exactly what happened. Those of you jumping on the beat Aneu bandwagon know nothing if you try to put this at my feat. I will admit that certain aspects are my fault but no-one can say I didn't try my damnedest to keep this ** rolling. Ari was not online allot which means i dealt with pretty much everything. C4 didn't want to do all. So it was left to me. I tried to get the ball rolling on multiple things asking people to perform certain tasks, then certain individuals, im sure you can work out who, did not want to do what i asked. Quite simply within the leadership there were people who would talk, and there were people who would do. The amount of times i swallowed my ego within this alliance and let certain individuals walk over me is not worth thinking about - There comes a time when people stop listening to those who talk a load of good words but then dont produce. We are now leaving. Where the new alliance will go is already decided upon, the name is decided upon, the station we will live out of is decided upon, the high end moons we will have is decided upon. These are not things we are discussing anymore. These are 100% certain facts that will happen when we move.
