My little tribute for all the fun readings I had, here is a little joy-tale of my first (real) scam:
No, this is not another 499.999.999 isk scam, but a load of lies upon lies and false promises.
The amount of isk nor the tricks are news, the sole reason why I think this is worth 11 minutes of your time is the
fact that I had the same guy fall for 3 independent scams in the same week 
I contacted a guy, and after 10 minutes of rapid sales-speech, he was ready to invest into this POS investment plan I had setup between him,
me and my imaginary friend. After we had known each other for 1 day, he transferred me the 1.5 billion needed to invest, sadly to be rid of his ISK.
He had a nice Navy Mega which was actually the sole reason why I contacted him in the first place, so I set out to see if I could nail that from him also.
Friendly as he was, I got to "borrow" it for a (still) lengthy ride.
Knowing he would be filled up with hate, I then contacted him with an alt, having him put a contract on my own head, but he couldn't afford the contract.
Pushing my luck I faked a story about me killing him and I had him buy back loot for 350 mil, which obviously were billions worth that dropped from the Navy Mega I (did not) killed.
Eventually I confessed all to him, frapsed the sweet tears for your pleasure and had a good lulz where he actually wants to hack my computer.
.. oh, and don't even bother going for him, that goat is milked dry, shaved and sent baaaaah'ing into the woods again..

Was expecting a lame video.....I was wrong!
Excellent video. I didn't even think you could make a video highlighting scamming, but this was awesome. Every time he fell for a scam I winced at first but then laughed.
Best post in C&P so far this year.

I've played too a many MMO's and RPG's to count. The last time I was scammed? Diablo 2 like 10 years ago when i was thirteen. I learned from there that you just do not trust people until you've known them for a good 2-3 years and even then you make sure to watch your back.
That being said, what seperates me from you Felicia is that I would have given the poor fool atleast 100 mil, because internet spaceship game or not I have a concious lol.

I don't think he would have minded, tbh. If I was in the same situation and I did decide to give the guy some isk, I would definitely make fun of him afterwards.
Anyway, I didn't think I'd ever enjoy a video about someone being scammed. Guess I was wrong.

Some minor mistakes:
1) 1 bil is not 20% of 4 billion. It is 25%. You were investing 1 bil (25%), the other 2 investors were investing 1.5 bil per (37.5%).
2) Several typos
3) At the end, he mentioned that he was only left with a Thorax... yet you showed him in a mining ship at the start of the video.

1) The percentages were not related to the investment but what part of the cake each investor would get off the POS
2) You are too kind :-) English being my secondary I bet there is alot more than just typos in it.
3) The mining and the POS in the beginning is just "background footage", since there never really was a POS :-P

Trying hard not to bore the viewer, I left out things like:
His nationality (which I kept hinting was turkish due to his language) being (:drummroll:) british.

.. And the golden one:

You never give isk back, for that reason and that then the victim doesn't learn their lesson. Same applies to ransoms in low sec. If you honor it but they get killed on the way out or to rats its not your fault.

I picked any module that would look bling-bling, like cheap T2's etc, and try to pile them into several batches so it looked like too much for him to check before buying, and it had to look like there was faction modules worth 700 mil among it.
As you can see, i'm obviously nervous also, hovering the mouse over cancel. When he did the 35 million I thought he had called me bluff.. but alas, no.

Dude, I salute you. That was brutal, that was heinous. To be honest, I doubt I could have stopped myself from giving him back a little.
Once, by mistake, a man meant to give me 50 million but due to the 0000's showing funny, we've all had issues with writing in currency when selling something, he gave me 500 million. I ended up giving back the most of it. -_- Conscience, I tell you. It gets me. Every. Time.
It would be hard for me to scam anyways. I'm studying Buddhism and I doubt it would mesh well with the teachings of Nichiren.

Which is the sole reason why this is an alt .. also hard to find someone who wants my main in their corp if they knew. Funny as it is tho, those whom I fly with know I do this, but don't care. It's an playing style for income

I played a game some 6-7 years ago where a guy scammed his RL brother. In that game scamming wasn't allowed, neither was account sharing.. so they both got banned. And yeah, banned, not the ***** suspension (temp-ban), the real deal. IP banned, multi-accounts lost.

Well one chinese man killed his mate after he "borrowed" some epic sword and put it on ebay for $1500 a few years ago, wouldn't be surprised if there was another murder or 2 and many beatings. |

Thanks for the 100+ evemails, and a ton of questions, just to clear up some of them instantly:
* Intro music is 'Wax Tailor - Ungodly Fruit'
* The other guys I speak of, was a kind donation of 2 x 700 mil for scamming some ships.
* 4 people already sent me people they wanna see scammed, I'm working on it - but elegance takes time ;-)
* No, I didn't know the target beforehand, he was just in the wrong belt at the wrong time.
* There is a new video on the way, but based on another character, will link here when it gets out.
