So he made a new thread to continue the flame war forcing people like me to report it every time I click the link. for someone who said he didn't care either way in the other thread he sure is making a big stink about it.

I'm not disputing that, I'm pointing out that it's just one part of the facts, look at the public records, your saying because of this piece of text he's innocent, I'm say Chandlers parents and legal team are as bad as Jackson, the fact remains the out of court settlement saved him from a trial where he would've been found guilty, becuase of this the law was changed, so that all "criminal" charges would be pursued before a civil action for damages could continue, and an out of court settlement wouldn't stop criminal action. It's all public record now, all you have to do is look at the files. Why does this one simple fact get ignored?
