OP is funny and fail in equal measure, to break it down:
1. You spew bile about MJ being a 'child molester'
2. Someone comes in with facts relating to the 1993 case (the one you say he should have been nailed in) and legal process 'innocent till proven guilty'
3. You graciously permit them their 'point of view', while at this point still failing to submit any facts of your own to counter theirs (hint: debates work like this, a) case presented, facts used to support case, b) case rejected, facts used to support rejection, c) case defended using facts, d) case attacked using facts, e) cycle c and d till verdict reached).
4. You fail around some more, flapping like a fish
As you take the position of accuser, the onus is on you to provide evidence for your accusations, not for us to find it for you.
Trolls have to be clever to be appreciable, this is just pathetic, poorly constructed, and generally boring. The level of failure as a result of these things is what makes this thread interesting and worth a reply.

If i may interject here:
I believe that CCP pulled the thread becasue people kept flaming MJ.
it is my opinion that CCP didnt want to get into any legal slander issues that might be occuring here in the forums that are on there servers. Its a legal issue here. Might i suggest that all coments be "self sensored" a bit jsut to satisfy CCP and there views.
I agree that sensorship on this matter is not right in a public forum, and i myself have flamed MJ, but i have also given well wishes to the jackson family.
Myself i have met janet, and she is a very sweet lady of very good upbringing and pride in heself, carries herself with dignaty and self assurance. Although it has been quite sometime ago.
I use to work at SeaTac ariport in the security working the Xray machine when i had just got out of the service.
CCP i do appologise for any rude comments that ahve come out of myself and i do wholeheartedly appologise to the jackson family for any hurt that my words have caused,..
Iwish them well in the future.

They didn't pull the thread because as of this post its on page one right now. What they did do is clean it of all the non cya later mj poasts that were not in the spirit of Chribba's op. That this thread is still alive says alot if you stop and think for a bit.

As I said in the other thread: how I love internet lawyers. There isn't a legal issue, the case against CCP would last about five minutes in court before being thrown out.
You might want to go do a little research on what is required for libel/slander, and how none of the forum posts meet those requirements.

last I heard it was not possible to libel the dead (at least within UK maybe its different elsewhere)
