Mike, get your facts straight if you're going to post. 9am-ish east coast time was right before I ran into you in Cist...I even waved to some of the EMP guys on my way through. Heck, some of the systems hadn't even been loaded as I tooled through the loop doing a short shadow hunt through amoen/ruerrotta and gallusiene, stopping to run a locator on you...Remember when we used to hunt shadows? Good times eh.

Its not hit epic...its barely gotten just above 'worth a post'. Don't know where its going because I didn't start the war, didn't really want to start the war, not too sure exactly of my old ceo's goals for this.
In my previous chronicle, it was originally about calling someone's bluff and quickly turned into a war against the painfully un-aware and stupid. This one doesn't have a really good start. Sure, the backstory is interesting if you know any of the players or the region, but I thought it was more or less done with other than some possible banter in local.
Right now I'm just the one telling the story of it. Hope its good for y'all. I'm sure things will be revealed as it winds out.
Will Miney get vengence for his lost ships? Will Mzr lose his marbles frothing at the mouth posting? Will Zed actually manage to kill something worthwhile and full of lulz? (Doubt it unless Mzr's former alliance gets into the act, and even then they run a pretty tight ship and won't be transporting blueprints during the war. And unlike during the adventures of ThCEO, I'm pretty sure everyone in Mzr's corp actually knows how to fit their ships, use teamspeak, coordinate, and otherwise be relatively good at what they do)
Who knows..stay tuned. Updates here and in the pirate stories thread with links to the blog if something lol-worthy and interesting happens.

Yeah, one of their guys went for the double plated maller'o'bait(tm) and my corp-mate melted his Myrm with an Abaddon. Don't worry folks, the Maller survived.
Next round went to the eurotrash though as like an idiot I didn't check logons or the gates and went ahead and told the Abaddon pilot to engage the guy who had his Megathron out. Once engaged they jumped in a Hyperion and Domi'o'noobfit (y'know, the plated neuting domi of multiboxing goodness), and took out the Abaddon. I didn't think I'd turn the match with my harby but I'd rather lose a ship then leave a corp mate hanging so I warped in and we lost it too.
Not to worry though, I got a hunch that it's probably the one guy who is playing all 3 of the accounts, at best it's 2 guys with one of them multi boxing.
Once again we find ourselves outnumbered. Situation normal.

War news..no lulz. Well, maybe a couple.
So, I've moved up may main ratting boat..the mighy incursus! Look at it the wrong way and its dead. And have at the loop. Not for long, I actually run into Mzr on the way in. Taranis...not a match..but let's jump in anyhow..check some systems. Punch a gate that I know is the short jump so I can clear the system.. He's in a ranis for pete's sakes...slam the gate come back.
I get through half the belts in the system before he shows up. And I valiantly...wait a second. Cause I'm beyond scan range of one gate..but within the other...let's just crack up the directional...yup..there he is and..yup to the other gate. Let's just wait a second...he should figure out what belt I'm in pretty soon...let's warp to the gate.
Mike's slower than I remember, because he's actually just leaving the gate as I arrive. No problem..let's move out shall we? Jump through, one, two more jumps and...disconnect..sonofa...
Come back...okay, 15km off the gate. Taranis and..Keres? Oh, he's getting some kind of remote assistance from the keres. Turn and burn for the gate and...hey, that taranis doesn't have a web. Hop through, then a few more gates, let's hit the local hub, I have a ship or two there.
Vexor...definately a match for that taranis. Enough of a match that he's not even going to give it a try. Or at least that's what it looks like to me...some point in here I disconnect. *rabble rabble rabble* Coming back..I'm still in one piece and un-aggroed. Cool. Let's dock up, grab the helios and see where he's gone.
And, he's one system over coming at me in a thorax...right, I've got one of those lying around. Let's go and grab it and undock..helpfully Mzr's on the undock...but I'm no longer in the thorax...um..whiskey tango foxtrot? Still in the helios. Right, let's head for the dock...this ain't gonna be pretty...the helios of doom is gonna die... I watch the hammerhead II's come out...and the guns...and wait for...'docking request accepted'..Scotty must love me today.
Let's grab the thorax again...okay. Make sure this time...and hey...logins...pair of them. Not showed up in system. This should be over quick one way or the other. Plated thoraxes..I went with heavy electrons and ecm drones...Mzr's chosen the same guns, probably the same plate. Maybe I should have put some T2 ammo in the guns...His armor's not dropping as fast as I'd like. Now..here's where my stupidity gets me killed. I notice a couple of my drones are idling...and local pops up. So I hit my 'engage' keyboard shortcut for the drones and get ready to bug out. When all my drones hit the drone bay (reminder to self..seperate the return to drone bay keyboard shortcut from the engage keyboard shortcut) And while we're at it, he's got his lock back and a point on..not gonna be able to gtfo. Good by little thorax..you'll be missed...as I pop...a Diemost shows up. Pod helpfully warps off...And as I come back..let's see..thorax, diemost...an oneiros that's not a wartarget.. Right, dock up.. Toss out a good fight because it was.
Get a short lamentation about not having gotten my helios...told him he should fit a better web next time (I'd docked in low..low structure, and was still doing about 300m/s when I hit the station...if I got my math right he was using an x5 enervator...If I got it wrong I apologize cause I told him to fit a better web next time)
So I undock and head off towards my own back yard...Since tonight I'm not going to be able to do anything else tonight...and now its 3am :) Note the time Mike so you can get the time difference right.

That's why I pulsed my MWD, to get close range (which ofc ****ed my tracking and dmg output). Even so you docked in 5-10% structure. In any other day you would've been dead. Lamentation? Yes I had oneiros, vaga, deimos on grid for our 1v1, but the order has been given to stand down. They were there in case of monkey business (we got a long history of WTs with neutral RRs.. including your corp in our first engagement).
You had a vexy in station.. no rematch? No ofc, we don't wanna lose too many boats in one day, too much work doing dmg control on the forums afterwards. You just packed shoppe and moved to Dodixie, where you started talking in local and then logged.
Looking forward to see you in those 100+ mil boats.. incursus and helios can only do so much.
