As far i know they allready have that system scanner cause they are able to get one when you're in a safespot. but in my opionen the diffences between 0.4 and 0.5 is simply too big. As lots of pirates may have found out there are lots of 0.4 systems with some random placed 0.5 in them. I do understand that carebears would go all whining if pirats was allowed gank in 0.5, but what i want is that pirates(outlaws) have a 10mins warning to leave the system before concord takes action and if a pirat attacks another player in those 10mins concord will gank... that way pirats would be allowed access to travel though. but im sure that every one in here would say this is a very bad idea cause carebears wouldn't gain anything from it. It's just an idea from me. ------------------------------ My doctor have tried to tell me serveral times that eve isn't the real world... Poor dude, and people say i need to see a doctor ?

Scorpyn	Posted - 2004.09.28 10:17:00 - [11] I think the point is that with all the 0.5 systems around it's difficult for ppl with -5 or lower sec status to travel in EVE, since the 0.5 systems are simply in the way and are camped by the concord ganksquad.

sableye	Posted - 2004.09.28 10:24:00 - [15] I think outlaws should be able to enter all systems its just not very fair or make much sense to make them stay out of many systems, I guess the only reason its there is to stop people ganking in high secure (even with uber concord it could be possible) so they should just make it so an agressive act if you are -5 will restrict you to .4 for a week.

Along the lines of concord not being evil enough to kill our pods, but will make us take our ships on such a long journey? I hear the map will be changed once Shiva comes out. CCP, take note of this thread, and insert some 0.4 connecting systems right next to the 0.5 ones that are blocking the way currently. I am sick of paying millions of isk to get other people to move my ships for me.

Still on billboards but no info comming from ccp as to how it will work and when it will be implememted. There is no reason for you to cry about them because you knew what would happen to your sec status, and what that meant when you started shooting people. If you didn't know, you learned it pretty fast and could have the opportunity to earn that sec rating back by non stop NPCing and/or missions. That would be some actual work though, and all you are interested in is unrestricted ganking and ruining your fellow players day, week, or month.
