ok i called my resident better buisness bureau , and a complaint is filed , i sent an email to CPP with no response for over 3 hours , i think its about time for a class action lawsuit here , i think we will just have to put all the down time from today togeather in 1 group and sue for the total of , umm what was it 500K accounts , by 5 hours , that should be quite a little chunk of change

Kinj, look, downtime can be annoying i know, believe me, it falls right on when i want to play. But it really is needed. U say it doesnt benefit you, you should have seen how eve was back in trinity. There are a lot of new things. Eventually your gonna see new things and realise that these patch downtimes are a good thing. So ease up on complaining dude. We've all done it yeah but we were quick to see how it affects us all in a good way. Here's an example, the server upgrades from trinity to apocrypha have made the server run more smoothly. there were times where it would take nearly 5 minutes to do anything in jita. now its reasonably quick. so as much as noone likes em, theyre needed.

this isnt about money , its about competence , if we are told the servers will be up , at 15 diff times throughout the day , that is simple incompetence and i just want the servers up due to the fact this is not the scheduled time , and its rediculas as im not the only one not happy about this , we all only want what we paid for
PS , and im sure there are no additions in this patch that will benefit me as im too new , so where is the benefit to me
So while every other MMO has you essentially re-buy the game for every expansion, you are *****ing because you have to wait a few extra hours for a free expansion?
