If you want a game where no one can interfere with what you're doing, Eve isn't it. Try Diablo 3, I hear they took PVP out of it entirely.
It's time to put an end to CCP's war on piracy. Fight your own battles and stop asking CCP to do it for you. |

New players are already protected in the starter systems from can baiters and they dont have anything worth ganking. |

Well, I'm one of the new players he mentioned and I'm scared of lo-sec, so no thanks! Some people say it's safer than hi-sec, but that's only if you have friends.

I think it a great idea especially for the new players.
You got to think outside of the box. Think about the new players.
Leave the pve combats in for the missions but remove the pvp-able in it, not counting the wars. Wars should be enable at anywhere.
Make things easier for the new player hence we have more players coming on to eve online. Not having the new player get gank or bully on whatsoever on their first day. |

The only thing is, we should naturally encourage players to move OUT of hi-sec and into the lower tiers, where they can enjoy a bit of risk and the PvP can be kept alive and fresh. The universe should not be a safe place, sorry. |
