I'm thinking something like this: You: "I accept the mission." Agent: "You have one or more gangmates docked at this station, would you like to do this mission together?" You: "Yes, I could use their help." (all gangmates docked at that station get a popup that you would like to do a mission with them, they can accept or decline. The reward and bonus is split evenly among all gangmates who accept, in favor of the person who originally accepted the mission if a reward cannot be split evenly. Everyone who accepts also get all the mission bookmarks and such.)
Not atm, but obviously this feature will be requested time and time again until we find time to implement it

I dont know though, smputer programing isnt something I understand or do...
Has been considered, won't be done atm. but there it is somewhat likely in the future that there will be more such type-specific context menu options, such as:
VIP, Students, Damsel, Soldiers: Enslave Slaves: Free
Asteroid: Take mineral sample
etc.

Originally by: S'Daria Would it be possible to hire NPCs to do missions with you?
There are other popular games like Guildwars you can do this.
Of course the NPC would take a share of the reward and bonus.
Not atm. but it is an interesting possibility which has been considered. Basically, providing NPC mercenaries that for the most part are controlled through drone-combat-like operations but are of course more human-like.

Papa Smurf, please take a look at this thread.
In that thread the person on the Singularity server is talking about getting Viral Agents from a mission drop, but then getting a 0.2 standing drop as he returns the mission requirements.
Since Viral Agents cannot be placed into Secure Container and thus cannot be smuggled, would it be possible to have a specially designed "Hermedically Sealed Cargo Container"?

Wouldn't surprise me. Just look at how much lower the prices of perception implants are than the others, presumably because there's a far greater supply.

Sorry to change the subject, but what about Deadspace kill missions?!? Are they still bugged? Do the agent waypoint still take you to a location that has NOTHING within 1AU+? (i.e. No NPCs, No Deapspace jump points...nothing) If not, have we seen a message stating they are fixed? If not...Why?
I'm not a Killer type, but I find destroy/system clearing/stop theif missions more Enjoyable then delivery missions. BUT, currently, I have 3 options when I get a Deadspace kill mission 1) Petition it, or 2) Decine it or 3) Wine and CheeseÖ on the all the forums (that are even remotly related to my issue).... Why?
1) If I Petition the bug, I May get BACK the Standing I would have had if I had never got the mission in the first place (after 24 hours waiting for customer service to resolve + the time I spent trying to fix the proplem myself) 2) I can take the standing hit (and not get the loyalty points) and get a new mission (with a high chance that I'll get another Deadspace mission again) or 3) I can "B@tch and MoanÖ" on the forum till you get your @ss's into gear and fix the issue!!!
Which option should I take? (Question directed to the DEVs)
Thank you for your time, Grina Cha Grina

Edited by: Grina Cha on 29/11/2004 23:00:08 or have I been banned for using the B@tch and @ss sudo words?
I'm a actually Nice person (i.e I don't Grief or Kill outside of alliance wars) in a Great Corp (Really Great people), I'm just p ssed off that Kill Mission runners have to Wine and CheeseÖ on the forums (a week after patch...at least in the RENS system) while the delivery runners Wine and CheeseÖ about LP rewards!!! ( I would Really rather wine about rewards, then not being able to do the missions themselves)
Thank you again, for your time, Grina Cha Grina

It is regarding level 4 RD agents and the question if they are bugged or not (they give less RP/day then a level 3 agent).

Edited by: Ozmodan on 05/08/2006 04:11:04 From a new players perspective, I find the current system extremely unfair. Perhaps I am misunderstanding it, but from what I have read, if a new player decides to go heavily into research, the only thing they will find is T1 bpo's and bpc's. There is effectively no turnover in the t2 bpo arena. So in essence you have effectively made those holding highly desired tech 2 items rich beyond imagining and told the rest of the community too bad. I don't think I could have designed a worse scenario if I tried.
If you wanted to limit the tech 2 stuff, make the research produce all bpc's with limited runs, hence you have an ongoing lottery. Why is it people always choose the most complex designs when a simple solution seems to be staring them in the face?
Not trying to step on any toes here, and if I am wrong then rack it up to someone still trying to understand all the complex designs. Learners permit still current |
