Just make a second character with the face you want then swap it with your current one edit: didnt read far enough, ignore this

Originally, after creating your characters appearance and going to the next step you were supposed to be able to go "back" and change it. That didn't work. But I wrote a bug report and to my surprise they fixed it. Of course ... shortly there after they changed the entire character creation function and you now no longer have the option to go "back". The way it is now is entirely unacceptable. What we see in the game is the small portrait and there is no way to ascertain from the main screen just what you've created is going to morph into. Back during the brief period of time when the "back" function worked - there were times I went back and forth repeatedly trying to get a character whose appearance was acceptable. The portrait swap function as described above ... is to cumbersome, besides which - it won't work if you have used all three characters on an account. But - as said - I'm sure they'll not be doing anything about it with WiS coming down the pipe ... whenever that gets here ... I used to always wonder why the hell they bothered with something so useless in a space ship game but can see now that it was probably a spin off from Dust 514 they just threw into EVE. If they integrated Dust into EVE - THEN - I'd see some reason for being able to walk around ... besides making videos of our characters dancing to the CaramellDanzen song ...
