Well first of all this was my first character and it seems most people Get serious on their second one cus they now some stuff then. And second of all, The minmatar just look plain ugly, I don't know if there's any way around that or that you could actually produce good looking faces on a minmatar. So whadya guys say, Should I start a new character ? Regards, Xeross

Those are REALLY ugly so after some background checking I decided to make Minmatar and train Amarr. I think I look good :)

You will HAVE to remake it, since the new system will demand a full body avatar, not just a lolface. There's no choice. WiS will try to adapt to your old avatar and give a basis to start from that is similar to your current one, but you will have to make a new one in the new system anyway. ----- Why doesn't anyone ever read the forums before posting? Originally, after creating your characters appearance and going to the next step you were supposed to be able to go "back" and change it. That didn't work. But I wrote a bug report and to my surprise they fixed it. Of course ... shortly there after they changed the entire character creation function and you now no longer have the option to go "back". The way it is now is entirely unacceptable. What we see in the game is the small portrait and there is no way to ascertain from the main screen just what you've created is going to morph into. Back during the brief period of time when the "back" function worked - there were times I went back and forth repeatedly trying to get a character whose appearance was acceptable. The portrait swap function as described above ... is to cumbersome, besides which - it won't work if you have used all three characters on an account. But - as said - I'm sure they'll not be doing anything about it with WiS coming down the pipe ... whenever that gets here ... I used to always wonder why the hell they bothered with something so useless in a space ship game but can see now that it was probably a spin off from Dust 514 they just threw into EVE. If they integrated Dust into EVE - THEN - I'd see some reason for being able to walk around ... besides making videos of our characters dancing to the CaramellDanzen song ... On another note, i was reading the chronicles, and there's actually an article in there about the tattoos. Apparently they're nano tattoos and they fade or darken with your emotional state, so it's a mark of honor to be able to control your emotions to the point that your tattoos don't show or something along those lines.
