I expect some kind of gamer civil war to happen in the next 5-10 years where adults simply refuse to tolerate children in their games any longer, and either claim certain games as their own and force children out out of them, or migrate to games with M ratings. The latter is more likely.

However, I believe that there is no law in the US that demands this.

You really don't know anything about eve do you, 1) -10s should be able to and can enter high sec, they just get attacked by the faction navies (unless there in pod) 2) Insta undocks are a vital mechanic used across the entire universe to allow people to get out of stations being camped in by their enemies, be they -10 pirates or goody goody mission runners. 3) Eve is entirely fair, we all work by the same rules and have to use our wits and our abilities to make the most of what we've got. Its may not be nice but it is fair. (and by the way I'm not some little 12 year old and neither of most of the pirates) Also eve is advertised as and intended to be a game that includes this sort of stuff, don't be suprised that it does, many of us play eve because of this. 4) Consquences, such as ships being blown up by concord etc exist, but clever players can get round them. It would be very easy to add more consequences though by griefing the griefers, keep haulers arround the gates where this happens and scoop the cans dropped b4 the pirates do.
