Just been watching the youtube videos of fanfest and noticed during the talks there are some real nice video wallpapers. It would be great to use those as desktop wallpapers on Windows 7 or Vista. Anychance on realising them in HD video format for wallapapers?

Any of these images? Linkage
Releasing them in a PDF instead of standalone images (and greatly reduced size as the originals are like 1920x1200) until CCP ok'ed for original size.
@CCP Marketing, are they approved for release now?

Well, the one behind Torfi during the Domination planet demonstration was kind of similar to the ones at the end, but weeeell… The main one more looked like a hangar shot, except with multiple ships and from a very low "floor-level" angle.
The main thing was that they were (very slowly and gently) animated, which gave a great ambience to the whole thing.

Bump, because I very nearly drooled at Fanfest when I saw these  IIRC, they has one for each of the race's stations, but they kinda stuck with the Amarr one by the end.

To get this back on topic:
Would it also be possible to get either the raw version or, even better, a polished version of the "Design Democracy" minmatar battleship concept artwort that was done?
The picture on the video was nice but probably did not do the actual work justice and the idea of a vertical minmatar battleship is something I really like. So please, can somebody prod the the poor fellow who "designed" it until he releases it?

This specific shot, the concept art for the Amarr Pewpewdeathraystravaganza (not final name) will be coming to a feature page near you as soon as possible. We had a lot of new stuff made specifically for Fanfest and we're just in the process of gathering it all up and pushing it out the door. Also, now that a lot of redone planets are in-engine, you should see more pretty pictures on the horizon. That pun was intended.
As was mentioned in the beginning of this post, any feedback on what you want is appreciated and can help re-prioritize what our graphics department handles.

I want to see them in some HD video format or a dreamscape format so I can use the movie as a vista desktop wallpaper. Please can we have them in both image and video format? A real nice screensaver would be great to. There just are not any good Eve screensavers.

I have been hoping for YEARS that CCP would release an animated desktop to use with either deskscapes or dreamscene. An EVE screensaver would be awesome too.

Manifest, new wallpapers are always appreciated. In regards to what the OP is asking for, an animated background of station environments... is that even something you guys can put together for Vista/7?
If it is, most definately DO WANT. 
Edit: if you guys have ever played Dawn of War II, and have seen the animated orbital views in-between missions, something like that would also rank very highly on the awesome scale if it could be brought to desktop.

Poor Asgeir was sick earlier this week. His recovery and return to the office means that a temporary smaller version of it, to stave off the hungry masses, is now available on our Facebook page. Thanks to all audience members who helped design it! Check out the session these guys are talking about here...start around the 6 minute mark to avoid some technical difficulties.

Ah, just thought of an ideal subject for an animated desktop.
The Iron Tide - most popular piece of fanart yet created for Eve. Bringing that to life would be inspired... though if you can't find Alex Murtaza for his permission, something in it's spirit would be very cool.

I would, omg, love to have a whole set of Windows Sound effects from EVE. I just don't have the time to get each sound effect and put them in manually. (Reason I built this beefy computer is for EVE, I had a crappy system before this and once EVE upgraded to one client I decided to put my effort to make something that won't need upgraded for awhile.)
