From the ISD article: "Members of approximately eighteen corporations took part"
18 corps involved. 66 dead exhumers. 66 / 18 = 3.66 dead exhumers per corp for a day.

If they do get a response will they continue with it until they get bored, and then return to WoW. These players got bored at a point and do not know how to continue in EVE, probably because the only thing they can think of is to find a big boss and to beat it, but have not yet given up their account. Them I compare with "dog turds in the Sandbox", the last thing you want to have in a sandbox - or EVE. Best thing to do is to ignore them and never to use a jet can.
Now, I want to know what makes you different from them and it needs to be more than just the fact that you sent each other an invitation for a mass gank. I need to know, because if your intention is to pop the weak in masses then I and my friends, who all have weak skills, will not have much fun. If I cannot jet a can then I stop jetting cans, if I cannot go mining then I stop mining - in my second week of EVE did I go into low-sec and got pop, so I stopped going there!! Makes sense?
If you intent to succeed and carry on with the Hulkaggedon then you will make more and more of the weak players of EVE not feel welcome. With shooting the mining ships do you not only hurt the wallets, but you hurt the weak players while they are trying to get the ISKs for ships needed for going into low-sec. We hide in high-sec for a very good reason, and it is because you shot us as soon as we enter low-sec.
I will try to support the Hulkaggedon with my mining barge and continue to go mining! ... I do not want to take away your lulz. I only may run out of fun. --

All other ways of playing the sandbox game are beyond his imagining and therefore not the right way of playing the sandbox.

wow.
Your math would be accurate, were it not that, for example, an I.M.M gang had one player in a newb corp with them, which the killboard stats still counts as a "corporation".
I suggest you consult the killboard, you can see which corp killed how many barges and if they did it all in one day, or spread over two etc.
You oversimplify :)
Regardless, we all had a good jolly time, which was the entire point of the endeavour, and at which it succeeded most admirably.

No. Everyone learns when they lose, and when they do do they change their way, because nobody likes losing. Perhaps this is not the case for you, but if so, then it does not make others the "tards". --

It's been said time and time before: Eve is not a game for the weak. If you want to play something with no risk, no consequences, where anyone who screws you over gets banned, WoW is a quick google away if you don't have the link already.
Eve is Dog eats Dog. It's not fair, but that's how it is. If you come to low sec, we will find you. If you hide in high sec, we'll get you there too. As CCP has said in the past, High sec is safeER space, not safe space. What's really sad, is that at least 75% of the hulks we killed, if they just fit a single damage control, we'd never kill them. 4-5 Catalysts won't kill a Hulk with a damage control before Concord shows up. But, instead, the carebears choose to believe that they are "safe", and we show them otherwise.
If you want to think we "don't know what to do with our accounts", I can understand. I play the game differently than you. I don't care about miners. I don't care about industrialists. They are targets to me and nothing more. A feel similarly about mining and missioning; to me, people who mine and mission all day are wasting their accounts. I'm not talking about pirate alts who mine \ mission to fund toys, I'm talking the full-time carebear whose only goal is to further pimp his already ridiculous CNR. To me, that's a wasted account, just as you might think our love of randomly blowing people up is a waste of our accounts.
To each their own corner of the sandbox. Just beware, we love bashing other peoples sandcastles

For us, coming from 0.0, most of us were +5 (or close to it) already, as kills don't decrease sec, but ratting increases it.
You can kill many a ship in hisec if you have to fall almost 10 sec before the navy gets involved.

Look at it this way, Hulkageddon should have cured your boredom, next time you go AFK you will wonder if you will come back and find yourself sat in station in a new clone.
With that sort of excitement who wouldn't pay 15 bucks a month to get murderalised by maniacs, it certainly beats shootin rocks all day.

So we did something about it.
So now people have to buy new Hulks and fit in medium-sized rigs before you stop? I thought your plan was to never stop. Whatever. New Hulks and new rigs do not grow on asteroids. You have only made the miners poorer and the manufacturers richer. And who is paying the miners for the ore and minerals? You can figure it out for yourself.
Are you at least getting paid by someone for this?

Again, it is nothing I do not already know.
When you go after new players in high-sec, and because they are not yet going into low-sec and 0.0, are you changing the game.
Why do we need high-sec?
By your logic should it all be 0.0. There is neither a need or a use for CONCORD and you keep demonstrating this successfully.
The Hulks will now go back into the beginner systems and mine down the belts there and these will be empty after only a few hours of uptime. As a consequence do these systems already contain much more ore than other systems. There it is already a "Hello Kitty Adventure Online".
I took a look at the killboard and you did not just go after Hulks, but you shot down everything in the belts including mining frigates. What you say you want to achieve and what you really do is not the same. It is a Jerk Fest, and if CCP keeps changing the game to create a heaven for new players then it will be because of your doing.
There are many 0.0 systems and plenty of low-sec systems, too, and without any activity. CCP will change the game to bring this into balance and I doubt that they will remove 0.0 and low-sec systems in order to do this. Instead, so I guess, will they make high-sec more secure and to allow for a greater growth of new players as this is what fills CCP's pockets.
Call "The Butterfly Effect" a lie, but it is not just someone's view of the game, but it is how CCP sees it. I very much liked the video and so do many others. I also know what happens when some players have a different view of a game than its creators. Do you know it, too?
I bet 10 million ISK with you (I don't have much, sorry ) that CCP will create completely kill free areas in order to spoil the jerk fests and within the next 5 years. --

as far as i can see on this Kb nearly all kills Retriver¦s and Mac¦s and very few bad fitted (max. cargo/mining-no tank) Hulk¦s. So the correct Name should be Retrivergeddon^^ and it has after all the same Quality as if you would see a New¦s about trashing Noobship¦s^^.
Sure some fun for all but cannot see how its worth a New¦s place...this happens everyday dozend or hundert times.

Your argument has been around for years and still CCP still really haven't made EvE more secure, although a bit easier to get into with tutorials etc which is only a good thing. Sure there is removal of WTZ but I think thats was removed for other reasons.
And if there would be less ppl in EvE I would welcome it. EvE was more awesome at 20k ppl then it is now at 40k ppl.

Your argument is pointless. If it had a perfect security then we would not have this discussion.
All I am really telling you is that when the change comes that it will be your doing. You do not shoot just a few noobs. You have organized a mass gank on them.
I then have no interest in a pirate's tears over his memory of the past. Keep thanking the participants rather than to think about the effects it has on the game. Saying thank you is a very kind thing to do. --

Well not by suicide ganking things in high sec you cant, ultimately an excersize in futility, try doing something new that isnt done on a day to day basis by likeminded idiots eve-wide and im sure you'll be surprised.
Im sure your Sulkageddon was fun and all I just cant help but wonder, was it the most fun you could of had in the same amount of time doing something else, personally if my idea of having fun in EVE consisted of doing something like this... id quit |

Your arguments are not valid either, if you took the time to look up all the bs your spouting off about.. you might find these same arguements have been made YEARS ago... the game evolved and changed a bit, but a lot of it has stayed the same.
And FYI just because your ****ed off indy eve player, doesn't mean that jumping on the GB2WoW band wagon makes you less of a target and "cool".. its old .. like really old now.
You should really read what people are saying before invalidating their points of view, considering the substance of your posts are misinformed and misguided, and only supported by pointless and pitiful a temps to either "troll" or sound semi intelligent.
Do you use google translator? Because there is no way English is your first language.. its like being trolled by a person with brain damage.

Straight from your bio. After playing a fail game such as Hellgate you came here and brought your "expertise" on mmo mentality.
Originally by: Whitehounds' Bio After a mixed experience with the Navy Academy corporation did I now start my own corporation. It is still in a very early stage and I do not take any members yet. Originally by: Whitehounds' Bio The new extension ("Apocrypha") is here and gets a lot of attention. I feel mixed about it as it brings useful features, features I don't like or that I miss, and things I will not get to see for a while. Oh, well. I now changed my attributes and so that I can train skills out of all skill groups more effectively. I, still, know too little about all the possibilities of this game and I hope I can make a better decision next year. - 13th March, 2009
I highlighted the important parts....
3) Good for you, you are shy a few months from being here a full year. And considering your recent "trend" in posting, I take it you were subject to being ganked recently. And from the stats on battle clinic 2 of your 3 loses incured in high sec.. no wonder the butt hurt. Heres some free advice.. wait till another space mmo comes out like.. Also what does anything in your last post really have to do with... anything? who cares whats written in his Bio? It doesnt change the stance hes taking. Nobody cares if you shot me or some other noob, but I bet CCP will care if you start popping noobs in large numbers and insist on your Hulkageddon. CCP will care about the growth rate of new players and if you put a dent into this number then they will do something about it sooner or later.
Should CCP change the game mechanics to stop you from your silly Noob raids, and these changes effect other parts of the game, then it is going to be your fault.
You may not be fit for my judgement, but I think you got my point. I will continue with playing EVE. --
