That is only to even the field against Ev0ke. They have nearly endless resources due to many high end moons and also they have napped at least three quarters of Eve. How else are you expected to fight against such entities??

nothing to do with the fact PL are making a run at your space then and you need help to defend it?? if any of the cool guys in vanguard dont want to be in the nap fest of the nc feel free to contact us.

well some people are getting all worked up about cloud ring and poor evoke, not the least evoke themselves.
with posts all over scrap heap and here.
maybe evoke still has more cash left over than the nc after mining all those nice dysprosium moons.
maybe the nc doesnt like cheaters living next door...
you people would complain if they brought god or if they brought the devil.

I should also remind you PL & Evoke made quite a show of the fact Mostly Harmless tried to give CR to evoke FOR FREE just a few weeks ago, but Evoke gave them the one-finger-salut.
Care to tell how many ISK they now took from you for that useless region?
