I have Audio & Eve Voice enabled but still my client doesnt connect to EVE Voice.
On the Channel - Specific Settings I have the message: "You are currently not connected to the voice chat service. Please enter the game to change voice chat settings.
If you are inside the game already, then there are most likely some connection issues. Please contact support if they persist."
I turned Audio & Eve Voice On and Off, I reintalled EVE Client, I updated my Realtek High Definition Audio drivers but still cant get EVE Voice to work.
On the same PC, when I play EVE through Windows XP, EVE Voice works perfectly.
Wondering if anyone else running Windows 7 got the same problem!?

Good to know that running it as Administrator might fix this issue for some of us.
Personally... I tried to run it as Administrator, I tried it in compatibility mode with every other windows version... nothing seems to fix it for me.

This issue seems to have fixed itself for me. I now have working voice chat!
So maybe you guys just need to wait and see what happens?

I'm also having this issue, using Windows 7 x64. Tried running with elevated privileges, disabling firewall, resetting gateway, etc. but to no avail.
Corp mates running same version of Win7 and have no issues. Submitting a bug report after collecting info.

It would probably be helpful if everyone with this issue were to submit a bug report. Bug is already open but more reports would likely speed up the process. Two easy steps:
1. Collect log and dxdiag data and zip it up (last two items): https://bugs.eve-online.com/help.asp
2. File report at https://bugs.eve-online.com/
