Time frame:
- Fixing the Sovereignty claim level: Monday, December 7, 2009
- Seeding Disruption marker: Tuesday, December 8, 2009
- Lifting grace period: Tuesday, December 15, 2009
An Update on Transition of Sovereignty with Dominion
As mentioned in CCP Abathur's Blog, existing Sovereignty-dependent starbase structures such as Cynosural System Jammers, which rely on your sovereign solar system having a minimum strategic index level, are currently being allowed to remain online during the transition grace period. This will allow your Alliance time to install the infrastructure hub and necessary strategic upgrades so that these structures can remain online after the grace period passes. This will occur on Monday, December 7, 2009, during downtime.
We have decided to extend the grace period until downtime Tuesday December 15, 2009 in order to allow you to make sufficient preparations and changes to your infrastructure. After this time, if you do not meet the prerequisites for having the strategic starbase structures online, these will go offline and you will not be able to online them again until the prerequisites are met, similar to how a loss of sovereignty affected these starbase structures previously in Apocrypha.
Seeding of Sovereignty Blockade Units on the market
The Sovereignty Blockade Units, detailed in the previously linked blog, which make your solar system infrastructure vulnerable to attack, will be seeded onto the market during downtime on Tuesday December 8, 2009. The will be available from DED and CONCORD stations.

So we can attack and take the systems still on 8th after the SBUs are seeded, correct?
And if someone takes control of a system then he can use cynojammers till 15th?

not sure the sov model will fix this but may as well ask. Are the anomolies going to re spawn after they are completed then? cause i don't see it on a known bug list.

I would be happy with just an HP buff and jump range buff on motherships. Is that to much to ask???? Atleast the change the damn jump range from 4 to 5 ly....COME ON!

Look at all you hardcore eve players, crying about your motherships! WA WA WA these soverignty changes are a good thing, so say thank you. Also, as i said these changes are good, and i welcome them, even if they do not affect me or any of the other majority of empire players in the cluster. HOWEVER, what does affect me is if i can EVER PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN! aka can you please fix the login-blank screen-wonderful music-cant play this game im paying for problem? maybe?? just a little bit?? please...maybe u could fix it? could you please fix it? 23

Some people do care about this since you have to have strategic 3 to install JB upgrades. If you had sov 3 before the patch, you should have strategic 3 after. This is what they're fixing.

ood job on the dread changes by the way, now the naglfar is even worse than it was before the buff that made it useful
now it's worse than it's ever been and is literally the biggest isk waste of a ship this side of strategic cruisers
ccp's message to minmatar cap pilots: train literally everything to 5, then you'll only suck marginally less
they might as well call the game amarr online

Listen to your customer base for once CCP!! You tards need to fix dreads and MoM's ASAFP!
Oh yeah and at least make the other races as good as Amarr. Especially Caldari who get wtfpwned in PvP.

CCP's priorities in the wrong place:
1. Make anomalies so they actually respawn more than once a day.
2. Give motherships more HP so they can actually log them in without fear of being insta fragged by a Titan driveby.
3. Everything else
