QFT, CCP does not care anyway so... add: 3. Re-rebalance dreads so Nalgfail & Phoenix don't suck. 4. Everything else. (new sov system wills till suck but is better than grinding poses i guess)

Ok ccp. Ive played a few online games and some better than others. What usually makes a good game is not whats new but what works... You know the saying "If it ain't broke dot fix it"... Something broken and you need to fix it for the sake of the game and your company. Eventually people will get tired and stop playing, if not they wont use half the ships in the game and just stick to the ones that are not scrap metal, making the game monotonous. CCP should work in an efficient way, by this i don't mean giving everyone what they want but making things that will actually be used. Why spend countless hours designing a Mothership or a naglfar if it eventually going to fall in disuse due to the fact that it doesn't work. Please be efficient and make the game Fair. Plus if many people are saying it, something must be wrong, don't just jump in and start changing things in the dark, investigate the claims and make some changes before making more content.

I think you've conclusively found that for 6 million isk a day, goonswarm and atlas will sit on 100 odd systems until we have FTL spaceships IRL.
Might as well raise the rent now.
You must be pretty embarrassed that you listened to 119 pages of QQ from alliances with hundreds of billions or more, and cut the rent from 30 mil to 6.
And of the 35-45k people logged in at any one time, how many can and do fly cap ships?

Not that I enjoy ****ing in to other peoples cereal, but:
Originally by: CCP Fear We are aware of this issue, and it's a high priority. We have, however, had problems in reproducing it on our internal servers. If you notice any of these things, create a bug report immediately, note down the name of the sites, your location and so forth. That will help our testers getting it confirmed and fixed sooner.
As I said, this is considered a high priority and we are investigating it as we speak and as soon as we have a fix for it, it will be deployed on TQ.

This is what they said about desync, I would like to point out it took them 2 years to fix it after this statement.

Maybe I'm not looking in the right places but I'm amazed how little publicity this is getting. As of downtime this morning we are noticing that Cosmic Anoms are no longer respawning.
As of dominion, excusing the bugs with bad reporting of the true Military and Industrial index, the theory of increasing 0.0 populations had started to work. Taken only from a Providence perspective I admit but still. I saw a few upgraded locals double in average population.
Spawning is VITAL. This happened with grav belts in WH space. It killed living in WH space for industrials. CA's were also working afik for day one and two. I will go through the process of investigation and bug report it but CCP do not miss this out.
If you stem the migration potential just as it starts kiss your ass good bye to success, they won't try twice.

Come on admit it. You are caving in because all the big alliances are having to frieghter thier crap and cant, so you are helping them out and extending thier time. I.E. Atlas taking it to solar or xxdeathxx or whomever.
Why dont you take back all the extra TCU's while you are patching. Giving all the huge alliance an isk boost by selling them.
Motherships, could care less.

Either that or certain alliances were shafted by being givin level 1 sov when they should had gotten at least level 3.

Cosmic Anomalies will not be fixed until the current large alliances die. The response to this patch is showing what CCP already knows, there is massive demand by empire and low sec based corps/alliances to get out into 0.0, especially to set up one or two system small kingdoms. Lack of ability for these groups to access the "end game" costs CCP more account than are retained by the current 0.0 system. CCP's nerfing moons and will not fix isk generation until alliances begin to loose capital fleet that can not be replaced out of existing moon income.
Nerfing your capital ships to uselessness is just another part of CCP's alliance breaking strategy. The new structure (so I understand please correct me if I'm wrong) lack a force field extending out from the structure. That means you can get right up close and kiss the thing with a mega loading (relatively cheap) void or other short range high DPS ship.
Hyperion Void + Drones + 3 megstabs = 1338 DPS Rev in Siege with Beam Lasers = 2265 dps (3764 DPS with Pulse)
Why have a ship that costs over 1b with it's @$$ hanging out in siege waiting for a Titan to do a drive by when the cap pilot and the alt he can't play and manage a cap at the same time will do just as much dps in subcaps. (Then again I understand CCP screwed up the implementation and sov holding structures can be anchored at the same moon as a POS, allowing for a jammer POS to turn this entire analysis on its head).

Hi Players,
I understand there are many issues with EVE however after reading the reply's I am amazed how rude and demanding you are.....
If you have an issue and it took two years to fix for example, did you log a bug report yourself? That goes for all players not only one player to log it. I would personally advise that even though you may have heard or read that a particular bug would be fixed, still to log a report. If CCP get reports of a major bug with only 2 tickets logged for example and no one else complains, they will most likely add it to there repair schedule however if another bug is found and lets say for example 80 players report it as a bug then it would probably get fixed sooner.
IÆm a developer myself and I can tell you that is how a large number of originations schedule there tasks. Maybe CCP would like to comment?
If you have any issues with the game open a patent within HELP or open a Bug..use your best judgement.
Any please donÆt write things such as ôI donÆt careö etcàThatÆs just rude and has lacks all respect.

Originally by: CCP Hammer You all made your voices clear with important feedback, we listened and reverted things back to like they are on TQ while we take more time to reassess. We could have tried to put out ôsomethingö just because we have been talking about it, but then we would be in a situation where players are getting into ships that might very well change again in a coming patch. Given the amount of work to get one of these we just didnÆt feel that was the right thing to do.
Good thing CCP doesn't just "put something out" and doesn't put stupid **** into the game half finished
So in 2 years you guys are going to finally admit you can reproduce the issue and have a whole dev blog about fixing the anomalies respawning or are you actually on top of this one?

All I have to say is the extension should not happen. Give nothing to no one. Right now your hurting the immersion effect by controling the game. Let them burn or raise to the challenge.

Wow, this is amazing.. I know this game is about ganking, smashing, smack talking, tricking, betrayal (heads up there for ... ), and rarely friendship and fun. EVE (the game) is a cruel universe. We all know that. Here is something what I don't quite get and keeps me being pushed away from the community from time to time. Why do some people feel that they have to be so aggressive or rude when they are addressing an issue? "Fix my bloody capitol!" "Fix motherships!" "Fix the damn anomolies for love of god"..
I am not saying those are not valid claims and you shouldn't be upset about a bug/missing feature etc.. After all _WE_ are financing CCP. What I am saying is that you are _HUMAN_ and your are talking to other _HUMAN_ beings. Give them a little respect and if you can't, just remain silent the yell a bit about CCP's mom on TS to your friends.
Here is another thing that popped into my mind. You are angry, you wanna express your emotions and you wish CCP to hell, right? You go ahead and post it, you feel right about it. It's justified after all, you have all the rights in the world to be angry! Hell yes! What you forget is that every time you are showing the world that you are angry in such primitive ways, you are losing some of your dignity. Which one is harder? Writing a few "**** you/carebear/noob/stfu/go the hell" lines or actually making a point and taking the time to be useful by posting an intelligent reply to a topic?

I don't care about the sov or motherships!
What gets to me is that the Australasian TZ is always ****d for 'upgrades' / 'extended downtime'... Rather extend DT from where normal DT starts till you are finished, or better, rotate it a little. That way it is fair to all.

Hmm Thanks for the extension on the grace period and all but can you please fix the respwan issue on just about all the Plex sights radar sights and hidden belts? I logged on today and went to normal 0.0 system expecting to find PLEX sights galore but instead all I found were empty sights and no new places to replace them... I'm sorry was the description wrong on you new toys that you forgot to mention it takes more then 30 mins to spawn another sight?
Also this might not be the thread for it but can you please fix our capital ships? New to the capital stage and already am looking back on my sub capital ships namely my appoc and wondering is it truly worth the billions of isk to go ahead with a capital class ships? Any insight on when you "might" decide to put them back the way they were before Dominion or change them to how you had them on SISI will be great.
Also thanks for the paint change on faction ships they look awsome, but your gallente faction ships look ugly as sin sorry.

Does that mean we can move TCU's ?
Will CCP be fixing strategic counter if it drops due to losing sov while moving TCU?
