i had a problem with one of my alts & it took them 2 weeks to fix it but the account is up and running now so i think they are fixing them as fast as they can. i suggest if you buy a game time code copy the # down or the transaction # when you buy one here in this forum so you have a refrence to go off of this will all be fixed soon i think

I am having the same issue with my main character, Rukkar Stryke, I wish they would disable the time codes or place a warning or something untill they have this fixed. |

Just happened to me, didn't notice this topic until i was logged out of eve and tried logging back in, hopefully ccp will resolve soon.

I posted this problem a month ago when this toon had this problem, still not fixed ccp... as an alt account is now showing subscription expired after buying a secure gtc today...
get with the program or at least devote a gm to re-activating our accounts quickly instead of the normal 2+ day wait

Yes this is still a issue, my account went from a credit card to GTC and it was not reactivated. Nice to know after all most a month CCP has still dropped the ball on this issue.

Curious, were you reimbursed for the time spent off while your account was suspended (meaning, did you get the 3 days or whatever it took waiting on your petition added to the time remaining)? I would hope they extend your gameplay accordingly and not make you eat the time in suspension which you legitimately paid for.

i had that propblem a few days ago where i added time to my acct and than i got booted so i sent in a report to cant log in and ccp has worked fast to get the propblem fixed for me so you might want to try the cant log in petetion. as it worked for me and they responded fairley fast. gl all and happy hollidays

CCP Wake up and fix your billing process!
I just got this very problem, there's no official word on this at all at the top of the GTC bazaar. Had there been I may have waited till it was fixed before i purchased a GTC.

I have the same problem. Just bought a 60 days GTC for my main (suspended) account and it didn't activate. All went well, I got the confirmation message after I completed the web-site purchasing steps, the transaction is listed in Subscription Details (all other transactions are missing tho, except for this one and the 1st 14d trial one). Filled a petition about 9 hours ago but still no answer. I think i remember now why I left eve in the first place.

CCP is not known for being very fast about anything other then hitting people with the ban stick and then making them wait a month and saying "Sorry. My bad"
Anyway, they still get your money, don't have to service the account, it reduces the load on the servers and it would cost them money to disable the service. Don't look for a fix anytime soon. |

I don't know about Icelandic law, but here "failure to render services" is actually illegal, punishable by actual jail time, and fines and stuff...
Just sayin.
This is a paid service. The GTC i applied to my account has a real-world monetary value. I'm not asking for some measly ship reimbursement because the net hiccup'd and I lost my new shiny toy, I'm asking for a service provider to do just that, provide a service. I don't think asking them to be timely about it also is asking too much.
Also, as of right now, I've still had ZERO response from GMs for my 3 petitions I've filed on this. I'm going to bed, if by the time i wake up something hasn't happened, I'm going to petition once an hour till someone either fixes it, or I get banned. At least then I'll know someone has bothered to at least notice the petitions.
This is not a broken game mechanic that makes some people upset. This is a SERVICE STOPPING billing issue that should be at the extreme top of their list of priorities.

Applied a gtc earlier and it all looked good and showed the correct new expiry date and that it was active again.
Can't login to game.
Account now shows as suspended again yet I can see the timecode transaction.
Hopefully it will start working after downtime.
Have raised petition but no reply yet.

I just sumbited another petition. Did any of you guys noticed something different in your Account Management -> Subscription Details -> transactions list? All my previous transactions are missing, only the most recent one (60d gtc) and the 1st ever (14 days free trial) are listed. I used to pay with my credit card and I made a quite a few payments, but they are all missing. My account was suspended/inactive for a few months (reason: Account subscription expired!). Anyway, almost 24 hours have passed since my 1st petition and still no answer. Happy New Year! to you too CCP.

file another one with active acct. if possible. those annonymos petitions seem to be overlooked.
