That you continue to argue against it shows that it's very likely true. I believe you are Joe, and so too do most of the people in this thread; perception is reality, and nothing you say now will change the status quo of what people have decided to think. If you're not Joe, then you've gone and screwed yourself by trying too hard.

Well maybe this is a little like bullying in school. But certainly joe is keeping this all up with his behaviour. Also because of that I still personally feel that this is a legit conflict between players and not 'griefing'.
Most of the IEEE victims have been ultimately stubborn and arrogant and they got doomed by their pride. Joe could simply change his ways and make a formal (sincere) apology.
But it is the stubborness, pride and stupidy combination!?!?
