Can you please tell me why it doesn't look like a spy? He is in a frig, and even though he doesn't have mwd it still makes him able to scout with instants, so JQA are NOT pirates and most people that are here saying so are... ehh... local pirates :)
Note that we do not kill neutrals 11 jumps away from JQA space so... looks like one more propaganda thread. (This is not official answer from JQA nor Raptus Regaliter)
All corps a grefing and im doing fine on my own has been the last 7 months, havnt been a problem until now? and if i had instants i wouldnt have been blown up 11km from the gate

My spy alt flies a shuttle. It is much faster then the tristan and I think smaller so its tougher to lock. Also it costs less to replace and sometimes it gets blown up when I want to test just exactly how trigger happy campers are. Thats why.

This post is a real shame. I had hoped the EvE community had moved beyond beyond the pirate and anti-pirate label.
I think the community moved on quite a long time ago to recognize alliances and interest groups as legitimate nation-states. This was motivated in large part by the failure of CCP to make the game more in line with its story line. Highways brought hostile empire capitals closer than ever, no in game method of freeing slaves or any measure of getting the players immersed in the storyline. The Matari nation was forced to watch in horror as the Khanid Kingdom implemented Huxley-type technology (you'll know what I mean if you read "A Brave New World") and powerless to change the course of the storyline or even to act against it. News items of hidden slavery complexes within Matari space were nothing more than figment of the newswriter's imagination. They were no where to be found in space and no in game tools allowed people to find them, if indeed they existed.
On the Caldari-Gallente front, corporations like the Lame Ducks tried to launch assaults and terror raids on secure Gallente systems resulted in intimidation and threats with banning from the GM's.
The result of all this? Players started making their own stories, creating their own content. Alliances, which are defacto nation states became common place. Each alliance made its own under the table deals with unsavory characters. This happens in real life as well, such as a major world power supporting armed groups in Afganistan in the 80's, a decision which later proved regrettable. History is littered with examples of nations dealing with outlaws and privateers to advance their own interest.
I thought the community has moved on to the point where they see interests and ambitions, not good and evil or pirate and anti-pirate. Often now one sees public accusations of piracy as a desperate act to illicit sympathy from other EvE players who would otherwise remain neutral. |

I'm not a member of JQA, so I don't know their rules of engagement. If I myself wanted to hang out in JQA for a bit, I would contact them and make an arrangement. Kind of like getting a Visa. Sure I could slip in, but then I would be subject to their rules when I encounter them. People can enter the a country by slipping across the border, but if you are caught you are subject to that country's laws. This does not make them pirates |

Jasmine D'arc is not a neutral. Information came to light 2 days ago that she is a pirate alt.
Don't even bother asking what info as it is classified.
JQA has a grievence proccess for wrongful deaths, this is on our own forums & not on these ones.
The fact of the matter is, it's just another alt trying to bad mouth JQA, however propagander dosen't work too well with alts. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK, let me set everyone straight on this, I am the one who locked her down after being told on TS she was an alt and KOS. I did not get the kill mail, while I did do most of the damage to her, but I did kill the pod.
2004.11.20 18:00:00
Victim: Jasmine D'arc Corporation: University of Caille Destroyed Type: Capsule Solar System: M2-CF1 System Security Level: 0.0
Involved parties:
Name: Number One (laid the final blow) Security Status: -0.1 Corporation: The Company Ship Type: Crow Weapon Type: Bloodclaw Light Missile I
Madgaz, I cannot even believe you made such a post. I know you and have fought beside you in Stain Alliance. I was there for 8 months. In that cooridor from HED to DSS all non SA are KOS. We are not pirates here, we fight them every day.
As for this thread on the forums, I am hurt by all the negative feedback. Alot of times when you kill a nuetral they will convo you after they have died. This one did not. NO nasty mail, no effort to convo me what so ever. She never even screamed on local while she was dying. I would have considered severance if she would have talked to me about it.
If you new more about this game, you would have handled this differently. Even newbs know not to enter 0.0 without any official communications with alliances. Everyone knows we have a public channel just for this. Ask the local pirates about it, they hang out in there alot. There is no good or evil in the universe only POWER!

these threads just make me mad, I mean, would you stop blaming people for being spies/alts just because they're in a noob-corp? If it actually was a spy, would it be so hard to just give it 1 million isk and start up a new fake corp? And stop running around calling people pirates, a REAL pirate wears an eyepatch and says yaaarrrrrrrggggh! like me So you JQBGFL-alliance creeps go pick on somebody your own size and stop attacking frigs in a inty/BS thinking you are cool... because your not, you're just sad twelve yearolds who will die virgins. Thank you.

Why was their no convo or eve-mail sent by the 'victim'? Most genuin pilots contact their killers!
Why is she moaning about an implant but not the Basilisk BPC? Obviosly worth as much as the implant!
Why would a member of an NPC corp need a Basilisk?

Except I never have any lunch money, also, I fall over a lot.
