If I had seen you pass unmolested past a group of pirates, I'd be pretty certain you were either one of them, or collaborating with them. If you don't respect an alliance's claim to space, then why should they show you courtesy?
As stated, I hope you'll recover, but Syndicate is...a bit infested at the moment, so I guarantee you that if you return, another pirate corp will shoot you down before you reach alliance space, where you'd be told to leave, and if you didn't, be considered a spy, and get shot.

Well first of the pirates i paid of wasnt even in syndicate, so that has nothing to do with it except that i tried to make a point, the space i where flying in isnt claimed, i wasnt told to leave or anything

JQA claims more than just JQA constellation. I dont know why but JQA tends to like to claim without claiming publicly. More specifically in this case they have JQA member corps formally assigned rights to the individual systems in the constellation before JQA constellation. These JQA corps consider these systems part of the JQA and will shoot you without warning.
However, in addition to these two constellations some, I'd have to say core members of JQA, will also shoot you if you are in a corridor between these two constellations and empire even though they dont claim that corridor and even though that corridor is also the only way between empire and solitude region. So if you are trying to get to solitude from empire and you see JQA camping a gate maybe 10 systems from JQA constellation they could very well try to kill you depending on the phase of the moon.
