As I see it the problem isnĘt 0.0 space it is the so called alliances who claim to stand for something when all they really are is pirates, u take ur chances in 0.0 but most of us can be civilized against each other and we keep a look out for other pirates. So let us define pirates, people who shot at other people without no apparent reason, without any warning or without any claim to territory. U cant claim sphere of interests if u havenĘt made that clear to other people. Let me guess ur sphere of interest only apply to easy targets, or have u discussed this with the other alliances if so u might as well claim the space ASAP. It sounds very simple some of u saw the opportunity to fire at an easy target and get another body into ur hangar.

Im not a part of JQA but I know some friends that are . They are not pirates , they protect there space from the local rats ( DNA , Clankillers , Burn Eden , Mafia , Teddybears and others ) Some pirate corps use there mains to scout with , while the rest use alts ( sometimes very old alts ) to do there scouting for them .
Any person flying through any area of 0.0 space looks at there maps , and if they jump into a system of 0.0 that has a gate camp most people go to a safe and try and find out who is doing the camping . Then either decides to turn around or go ahead at there own risk !
Just took a screen of all BMs i have, where do i send it? there is a timestamp to, as i dont have any BMs at all as im flying around in empire i dont have any safe spot nor anything, ofc you would speak so that you can deffend your point of view (if someone dares to call it that) myself i prefer denial!

i said the first alliance that came into my mind, just pointing out that if you are going to call JQA pirates you should also call SA pirates and as you state also FA, PA and CA (everybody thinks CA are pirates anway  )

There is no piracy in 0.0. Plenty of "surprise PvP" and attacking people because you don't have NAP's with them etc
0.0 is lawless space, there are no CONCORD or empire ships to enforce the law. Just assume everyone will shoot you and take appropriate measures.

Agreed, Piracy died along time ago all thats left now is 0.0 alliances and some corps that attack them.
In my time in m0o piracy started out good then towards the end everyone realised it was dead.
We then just moved to curse&venal to kill alliances plus they dropped better loot.

You will be waxed at pretty much any entrance to 0.0 by the local alliance if you're in a noob corp. If you don't believe me, try getting through A-2, or HED just to name a couple. Stop sobbing on the forums and learn your lesson.
Don't go into 0.0 space unless you're ready to be podded, especially if you're in a nooby corp and haven't tried to contact the local alliance. Also, if you wanted some sort of compensation, you totally went the wrong way about it.

The price people in NPC corps pay for immunity from corp wars in empire is a higher chance of destruction in 0.0.
JQA claim up to VV-VCR. Everything beyond that is JQA. If you'd been 9 jumps away you'd have been in empire.
If you dont want to get shot at, join a corp or form your own. JQA does not shoot neutral PC corps outside our space.
