Since Dominion as a customer I have been subjected to poor game system performance, interruption of service, loss of time both in the literal sense and the investments of effort we players have made into trying to enjoy your product. The decision to "IGNORE" your customers who have been negatively impacted by the latest failure of dominion is not worthy of a company selling a subscription to any service. At this point I would not recommend Eve as a service to anyone, and would also be suspect of any CCP products being offered in the future. I offer this as a criticism of CCP's commitment to customer service regardless of how the company handles the recent failures of dominion game mechanics, and hardware's inability to provide the service being advertised.

I do think it's pretty childish that NC and Goons are constantly threatening to quit the game, and raging all over the forums. Maybe if you hadn't already done the threadnaught thing a couple of years ago where you swore that 2,000 of you would leave en masse we might believe you. This IS NOT supposed to be a beta test. This doesn't just apply to WI station loss (though this is a pretty large foul up as foul ups go), but to the fleet lag that has screwed both sides of the conflict at various times, to the ihub issues that Sir Molle brought up a while ago, and to the various other unfinished, buggy 'features' added in this expansion.

CCP are simply correcting some aspects of the game. You will be able to make enough ISK doing high sec level 4 missions to buy P.L.E.X. and you wont have to quit game. If you need help with the missions there are plenty of people that can help you out in Motsu and some other systems I hear.
