I would hope that perhaps CCP would allow you to alter your Character/Name with Incarna coming out, seeing as you will have a full body avatar instead of just the chest-up portrait? Please CCP? :)
When I created my name I wasn't aware that fleet commanders call the names alphabetically. My avatar's name begins with an A. *sadface*

I think the idea of this mmorpg is to make money, i don't understand why they can't make another feature which can bring extra income.

Non sense. They will primary the thing they want dead first, being it a T3 or logistic or whatever is on their 'kill first list'.

Yes, it's possible. Just be sure to create an offensive name from the start. Then once you're bored with it (and assuming nobody else have whined like a ***** to the ****s to have it changed) you can make a new alt, then petition yourself.
Then you, too, can be called "Amarr Citizen13535672344564576", or a variation thereof.

I'm afraid that swapping letters is not permitted under the policy, that is an actual alteration of the name.
Example: If someone is named "Insanity" then nobody can have the name "insanity" as the system recognizes them as identical. "1nsan1ty" is considered to be a unique name apart from the other examples I mentioned.
We will only provide changes to uppper/lower case letters if it is obvious that the name was originally intended to have it. So changing "john" to "John" would be considered, changing it to "jHOn" would most likely not. It is largely up to GM discretion however, within the boundaries the policy as presented.
Anyways, back to work. 
Hi, can you comment on the name change method described in this thread?
At least one forum celebrity used it successfully, and maybe countless others.

I did the same. I made the stupid mistake though of not transfering my assets to my new character so they were incinerated as well.
