Caldari militia has hit a bit of a low patch due to a few corps leaving for 0.0, a few leaving for high-sec games, and a few who left when the Gallente had no pilots themselves a couple of months ago. We've been left with a core of maybe 50 pilots, mostly new to FW or new to PvP, and of which we can only muster 30 for a decent fight every now and again.
Now, i don't want to get into the politics of who's the best militia, who kills more, who camps gates, who plexes, etc etc etc.... i just want to put out a general call for a few decent corps with FC's, a few good men and women who will rise to the call and bolster our numbers before the Gallente get bored and leave, then the cycle starts again, lol.
So... if you do PvP, think about joining us. If you are a competent FC (we have very knowledgeable pilots that will be your eyes and ears) please think about joining us. Gallente milita can put out a fleet of 40-50+ and have 30-40 in 2 other corps on standby, and a couple of pirate fleets to assist, we have more than enough targets to satisfy your bloodlust. Please consider joining us.
Thanks for your time,
Aurora

From the other side of the gal/cal divide, I'd like to endorse this message.
Apart from a few core asshats on both sides, the gal/cal fw front is generally a nice friendly warfare zone, mostly free of drama and BS. I've never had a 1v1 dishonoured (and I do lots of them), and gf's are handed out readily :)

Yes, I'd like to support that call.
FW has a decent chat/communitiy ( so its easy to get into it ), propper KBs, you can make tons of LPs/isks by missions from time to time, tactical plex operations, fleet-action, the freedom of going solo, aso.
And I saw already some of the quiters coming back, cause they got bored somewhere else, missing their buddies in FW, or for whatever reason.
Kill and have fun, or get killed and you still can affort it isk-wise, np.

Nice post Nyxxy.
If things carry on as they are then your spot on, the cycle will start again and the roles will be reversed again - The balance isnt there at the moment and things are probably more heavily weighed in our (Gallente) side than ive ever known it since being here from nearly the start of FW.
Dont get me wrong, we all like to win every fight we take part in but the fun factor has been dropping and dropping steadily for a while now. At the end of the day the majority of us are here for the long term pew pew and the good fights that go with it - Win some lose some.
So, yup, if you want to get some nice loot and some gf's from us Gallente FW noobs then join the Caldari as soon as possible, they have some great pilots and some good pvp'ers but currently lack the numbers and a few fc's to lead them out.

You either join as an individual in which case you will go into the State Protectorate (and leave your current corp), OR your corp signs up and after a DT, it's go go go.

Some of my guys have been expressing interest in joining faction warfare again (we used to fight for the Amarr a long while back), so I'm talking to my people to see if there's enough interest to justify joining. If there's enough interest and we do end up joining, I'll see if they want to hop on over to Caldari instead of join up with the Amarr again.

I endorse this message too.
Just dont join PERVS :) But seriously. Join the squids, much as i'm prone to smacking them whenever they come up, Only reason i've not come back to the gallente side is hatred of blobbing pointlessly around like is going on now. (okay, okay, so the WH POS might be distracting me, shhh) Because I can. |

Fixed for you. Fair play, if you like easy ganks on newbies, undock games, orbiting buttons, and evading blobs, PERVS are for you. It does do good things for your killboard status, I admit. Because I can. |

Good OP. Do join Caldari. Aside from only a few pilots/douches, Caldari militia has good pilots that even under the current "low point" will go out and get a fight.
Win some, lose some, nothing but respect for our enemies.
And note: quit the Perv bashing fellas. Pervs are a great corp that know how to fight, if you don't like their tactics, tough. Endurecete cabr=n! |

PERVS playing Undock games? wtf are you talking about? you seem to know these things well.
Sure we gank newbies, pro players know how to avoid ganks.
Evading blobs is fun, try some day. There is life outside of blobs.

/me slaps himself for starting flameage.
I even evade PERVS blobs from time to time, on the way to and from my new home in W-space...
Moooooving on, unless things have changed massively since I left, the Caldari spies are far better than the gallente ones, so FCs, you'll have good intel to go on too.
Join up today! Because I can. |

I also endorse this. There are too few FC's on the Caldari side, and as a result, nobody is getting any PvP outside of a few pirate skirmishes. Extra pilots aren't really what's required: it's extra pilots willing to lead fleets into lowsec, both big and small.
Please don't derail this thread (although I know that will be almost inevitable). Do your smack-talking and chestbeating in another thread.

Since we're endorsing... I endorse the endorsement.
The Caldari have the numbers and the ships. Seriously, those guys fly more faction stuff than is reasonable. But they need some FC loving.
Even if they have a hard time recruiting ballsy FC's, they should hop in stuff that they can lose and go out on a regular basis. It's the only way to learn. And it's really fun.

Taking bets on who steps up. A rookie pilot who learns through hard knocks and becomes a great FC, or one of those chest-beater types "I've FC'd 500 man engagements hurf hurf" and gets annihilated in 50 man engagements \o |

Actually the Amarr need people just as much as the Caldari do. Their Militia is in shambles at the moment and I barely ever see WT's around.
Minmatar Militia have resorted to killing mostly pirates and doing Providence raids because there is almost no Amarr around to shoot at.

I predict that it'll be you.
You guys will someday realize that you can do both - be in FW and dominate the Hyka-Lonetrek-Cloud Ring-Placid area at the same time.
Plus, you won't need alts to run your FW missions that will easily support your efforts to build cap fleets.
I see you guys venturing "south" and "east" every now and then. It's only a matter of time....
