Seriously, unless the proportion of multi-account players has changed since the last PCU, then it's not relevent.

I'd agree with the first part, the second part I know I was putting words in your mouth, but I love playing devil's advocate with data.

True, then again, it seems really only related to combat/fleet performance, because Jita runs flawlessly with 1200 peeps. Which is ofcourse logical, since the changes in Dominion were mostly related to 0.0 and fleet stuff.
