BUT, because of a drop in sov you took advantage of a bug or game flaw. To me this should be a rolled back, your using flaws in game to win a system or 2. I guess you have to cheat to beat goons. And thats how I look at it. You must really know people in high places to pull this one off. And I cannot believe that CCP is allowing this type of programming. Alliance/Corp rent has always been paid out of the master wallet. You don't put enough isk in the master wallet and turn on auto-payment... well it doesn't take a 12 year old to figure out what happens next. You can whine and complain that it's a "bug" all day long, but the fact remains that none of the other large alliances dropped Sov last night... why? because they paid their bills like they were supposed to. The EVE financial system is the closest thing to RL there is currently... and in RL if you don't pay your bill, the Repo man cometh. Well looks like the Repo man kicked your freaking door down and dragged you out by your shorthairs.

Instead, only PART of the goons sov dropped. As someone pointed out, only like 30 systems or something. So it comes down to paying the bill. How is not having money in your account (or at least the proper account) a game mechanic issue?

I know, it's terrible when terrible game mechanics result in an alliance losing a lot of sov. Just terrible. Terrible, I say. Not paying the bills that you have warnings sent out for is of course just terrible mechanics, a bit like the entire terribad one guy being able to disband an alliance thing. You guys should totally file a complaint about this it's just terrible.
