What do you think is more helpful for solving the problems and lag....
A. A test server...
or
B. the live one with 10000 (avg) users on it... all doing things...
A is only good to a point... B is always going to bring out problems.

Nay.
MMORPG's always have big problems whenever a large patch is applied.
It was the same for Earth and Beyond, Star Wars Galaxies, and many others.
Within a few days, invariably the problems are found and recoded, and everything gets back to normal.
Rolling back to pre-exodus will not help. In fact, having these bugs reported over and over again lets CCP know what the problems with Exodus are, and how widespread the situations have become.

no, they are working hard on the bugs, if you look at the stickie on top in general discussion, Kieron says that there will be a patch today that will fix the agents missions allready !!! so cant wait on patch :D, only he says its a optional patch, would that be in the usual download section ? ... maybe its allready there and i cant find it

I think CCP is one of the most caring game compagnies I have seen, they could have said 'look it's somewhere on the forums, you could have seen it, you could have known'. Instead, people can petition and have at least a chance of getting reimbursed.
