Finding a good roid as a reward for going through a complex would indeed be a great reward, and it would stop the alliances monopolising all the crokite and give non-pvpers a chance to get something nice once in a while.
However, it shouldn't be too much of a big roid (400mil in one go!) and maybe even they weren't always in the same complexes, or some days just didn't turn up at all? Just trying to think how it could still be fair, but rewarding. As said, infinite crokite in empire is not a good idea. But a little is

does no one realize not only do you make 400mil off the roid but that u can sell ppl the location of the roids, like sell location at 25mil to at least 4 ppl, then go look for a new one urself since it woul be pointless to sell/mine there anymore

What are the benefits of going into low sec space? High end roid and good NPC spawns!
We have already BS spawns in Empire now. If you move also the high end roid into empire will kill the game. Ppl wont go into low sec space anymore. The PvP will get bored because of no risk during pvp and lacking of PvP abilitys in low sec space.
Why no risk during PvP? What is expensive on a ship? Zydrine and Megacyte. Let the Carebears mine this and the prices will fall instantly -> ships will be cheap. Tech 2 BS probably for a price of a BC! -> Insurance will cover all you can loose during PvP -> even more BORENESSSS.
0.0 will be very empty, because everybody and their mom will min in empire and NPC hunt. Alliances, which makes the game more fun, will probably have no interests in 0.0 anymore. Most of our known economy will collaps.
That are my personal Views but iam sure this would happen.
No Megacyte and Zydrine outside of 0.0 pls!!!!

You have no idea what your taking anout, once your in dead 0.0 the risks are minimal unless your not supposed to be there.

You have no idea what your taking anout, once your in dead 0.0 the risks are minimal unless your not supposed to be there.

there is a small odd chance of this happening, it will only last as long as no one pops that roid. dan was smart enough ot to pop it cuz he knows it won`t respawn there, but if it was a farely new player (stripminer) we wouldn`t hear about this.

this game is becoming like a mining sim.
who is going to want to play a game where you can buy a battle ship for 20 mill?
where is the risk going to come from. if zydrine is in empire it is going to drop like a rock. worth nothing and = cheap goods that mean nothing to lose in battle. ccp missed the game up with this. i really hope this is a bug. or there is going to be a lot of people leaving eve for good.

risk vs reward, as someone pointed out already bs spawns have been added to empire with lvl 4 agents now adding zydrine whats next? how bout we let rats in .8 drop tech 2 bp originals, you say you want to work hard that is fine but why should you be allowed to get 1 of the most valuable minerals ingame with no risk while others risk their ship to defend the systems they have claimed.

well then strap some guns on and do something about it!!!! or join a corp that is in 0.0!! or go pirat pirating is part of the game you have to get over it. i played this game for a year now. i started in a ibis mining veld the moved to 0.5 and mined kernite.. then work my way to 0.0 and mined crok.. learned to pvp.. learned to play the market learned to pirat.. i played avery part of this game. WHY YOU ASK? not becouse it was easy but becouse it was hard.. it was having that 100 mill b.s in my hands nowing it was worth a lot.. it was nowing that i lost a lot when i lost it.. that was my drive in this game and about 50% of the others that play this game. the other 50% just don't know it yet but thay will when it gets to easy...
