One of the more interesting is that the intention is to allow players to control the manufacturing of NPC goods thru planetary interaction. Although he does not commit CCP to any specific NPC goods in the interview, I can't help but wonder about: POS fuel....
Also of note: Wormhole planets will be available for development.

I think they will replace all of them. Like they said that they want to give the power to players, then why they would just focus on POS NPC goods. Right now you can start stocking up, but I think it's worthless - there are 50 000 planets around - supply will kick in fast after Tyrannis is released. Don't think that this will be even close to tech bubble for example.

how will this work in wormhole systems ?
Also, with dust514, will the alliances have access too mass attack planet installations in wh ? I think that, in order to keep the basic purpose of the wormholes ( that is, create a 0.0-like space accessible to small corps, easy to defend, and not very appealing for big alliances ), a series of mechanisms should prevent the possibility for mass attacks against a planet ( i.e. wormholes of a certain size not allowing troop transports ? ).

I do not think planets will be source of POS fuel NPC goods, altho ofc I would not put it past CCP. So I will be stockpiling heavily in NPC goods needed for POS just in case.
Reason why I think they would not make POS fuel NPC goods coming only from planets is that it would disrupt T2 and T3 prices up even more. In long term it's not a bad thing ofc, but in short term it would royally screw markets up and create very huge shockwaves in there.
As far as exotic dancers go - nice RP element ofc but it's effect on market would be negliable, as they are not actually consumed for any industrial process. Janitors on the other hand are consumed in the process of making stations.

I think you just WISH that they wouldn't do that.
There are 50 000 planets in game, the supply for POS fuel goods would be basically as huge as it is now. Only difference is that players would get ISK from sales, not NPC's.

At this point everything is speculation as CCP is keeping it secret what NPC goods will they mess with. So - that allows one to assume (as good assumption as any other) that this mean that they will not move ALL of the NPC stuff to planetary interaction. Assuming that it seems logical to me to leave most skillbooks and POS fuel as NPC seeded items - mainly as they serve a quite specific purpose of being isk sink. IF they move POS fuel to planetary interaction one can propably do reasonable profit with stockpile of NPC goods, if not then hey - you have nice pile of it what you can move to convenient location and sell for tiny profit. Reasonable stockpile of cheaper skillbooks might be also good idea - if they remain NPC seeded just jump them to some 0.0 NPC region and dump at market at 25% markup undercutting everyone by few hundred percent for quick cash in.
As far as POS fuel price goes tho I think shockwaves would be considerable and felt thru entire T2 and T3 industry IF CCP would move POS fuel production into planetary interaction. Long term if everyone and his dog would start pumping out POS fuel the price of it would end up a lot lower than they are currently, as planetary interaction, as far as one can understand from interviews relased so far will be very passive income. Just dump some structures at planet and go collect once a week or something like that.
And only danger there is will be overfarming of particular planet as no one will be able to break your toys if they dont like what you are doing. In hi sec. In low sec and 0.0 this possibility will emerge with dust 514 and then only in some planets suitable for conventional ground combat and even then only on some structures. As far as I can see from that last interview.
